Pizza Hut

I called for a carryout order, got an answering service. Couldn't understand a word they were saying. If a restaurant can't answer their phone to take orders, we will go elsewhere and did. I don't mind being put on hold if they are busy. We have always enjoyed your Pizza but you have changed your crust and sauce not in a good way. Maybe we will try you again for dine-in.

they claim you get free pizza if you spend enough money to get the points but its not free if you have to pay to have it delivered to your house the minimum is 10 dollars with the delivery charge and cheese sticks the total was over 13 then the website says it has to be the sub total thats over 10 dollars how is this free pizza? its bad enough you want to charge almost 6 dollars for it to be delivered then on top of that you have to spend a minimum of 10 dollars on top of the delivery fee? thats insane money grubbing people thats all this is

For the second time I ordered extra cheese on my pizzas, only to have them come with entire parts of the crust dry. One of them didn't even have the pepperoni I ordered on it, just plain cheese on half of the crust. Took them 12 minutes to make the pizzas in the first place, but since I called to complain and get the pizzas remade the wait time will be 45 min to an hour. This place has gone downhill.

Never will I order from here again today was my worst experience with pizza hut ordered online never got my food apparently they use door dash drivers to help with delivery now and I never got my order so I called to see and the guy didn't no what to do all you hear in back round is this rude lady yelling telling him it's not there problem and to call door dash about it and so I told him I want a refund that I did not order thrue door dash and I want my money back the lady that was a manger did not give me her name she continues to yell and tell me she gave it to door dash and she will not do nothing about it it is out of her hands and if I have a problem take it up with door dash. Poor costumer service skills for a manger........ And now I might be out my money as well. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE
