As always food is great. Customer service no so great. On todays visit, a little disappointing. While my friend was waiting for his $60.00 order. One of the woman behind the counter fixing his order, decided it was okay to put mashed potatoes that feel on the counter while put it in a bowl then followed to use her fingers to pick up part of them an put it in the contain. When my friend caught her doing this, he confronted her. She argued with him an after he got 😡 upset. She then made another one.
Now I ask? Is this the way employees prepare meals an is this satisfactory Health Code procedures?

Be careful they need a food inspection. The coleslaw was tangy not the normal mix and tasted like perfume. I spitted it out right away. Called to talk to the manager they brush it off saying they make it fresh everyday. Well guess what this is night which is hours later. Plus they forgot part of our order and didn't give a receipt.

Food is really good and employees are very nice but they always forget to hand out the kids drink and 99% of the time forget to give you cookies whether they come with your meal or you pay for them extra and if you come the next day ask for the cookies because of course your kids are asking for them they will not give them to you other than that the food is really good and the employees are nice

Just got bucket. Supposed to be extra crispy. Was not. Super greasy. Coleslaw old so could not enjoy that.

Had a chicken little for a quick snack due to buying a community football team card that offers a chicken little with purchase of 30 oz drink. Great purchase! Good luck Lee Williams HS ty!

If you go through the drive thru, please have the person taking your order to read your order back to you. Then when you get your order please check your items. I make these suggestions due to the fact their quality control is lacking. My last experience, 1) items were NOT was ordered 2) items were missing even though they were on receipt and they were paid for. I understand it is just fast food and ppl don't take pride in working for a fast food restaurant, but they are getting paid for their work.

Place is clean restroom leaves a little to be desired, I am a senior and the $5.00 box is not only good but within my eating out budget. After they reopened there dining room they discontinued the buffet. The problem I have with KFC is they do seem to discontinued the things that I always order such as the side salad,the grilled chicken and now the Buffett. I like there chicken but not always happy with there product decisions
