Wish I could give zero stars. They NEVER toast my buns... So the sandwich is not very good. At all. I actually knew this so checked before leaving. Then they refunded only part of what I paid. Tried them many times and the excuse... Our toaster is having issues. The bun is cold. The person making the food knows if it's warm when it comes out.. I know I used to do that..

This was my second jr bacon cheeseburger after the first two didn't have bacon. I was informed by the manager that I actually recieved a extra piece of bacon,after I had been told several times to have a nice day ....not in the nice way just being dismissed by mr. cocky manager. He really didn't seem to care that the quality of the food was horrible as he was dismissing me..My promise to him to contact corporate will stand because when I spoke to family members of what happened they also had stories of the same type of treatment specifically by him

11/7/19 ordered a Baconator Double less than 2 full strips of bacon on the sandwich which looks like it was tossed together like a 3 year old made it. For $11 this is absurd. Been going here since it opened and this isn't the first time. Complaints to management in the past do nothing. I'm through with this particular Wendy's. Take my money and ran they did.
