Baja Burrito Co.

Went to Baja Burrito to takeout food and grab a beer while I waited. I was seated and asked the man behind the bar for menu recommendations since it was my first time. His response "I'm too busy for this". There were 3 other tables taken at the restaurant. I got up and left. I can't speak to the food, but the service was disgraceful.

Our server was friendly. The food was AWEFUL. The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The two orders of pork enchiladas were dry, burned, and crispy, not edible. There was no sauce on them. When we asked for some sauce to put on them to try to soften them up a little bit, we were charged for it!!! I’ve never seen anything like it. The nachos were crispy, even the toppings. The chef/cook should have personally apologized. After 8 hours of skiing, all we wanted was a nice dinner and relaxation with our family. It was nothing but stressful.

The server was not friendly from the start and then provided poor service. He told our group he would not separate our checks because he was “too busy”, and then charged a fee for using a card. The food was very over priced! The server then looked at the receipt and checked the tip amount. He followed us to the door and complained about our tip. This place is a big joke! Save yourself the time and money and eat elsewhere!

Cleaning off a table for us to sit down took awkwardly long even though it wasn’t busy. Then they gave our table to someone else and proceeded to sit us at a dirty table. Took our drink order and forgot about us. We waited and waited then finally walked out and they didn’t even notice. And I wasn’t even sad because the menu looked overpriced and had zero (even remotely) healthy options. I don’t know how this place stays open.
