Taco Bell

I don't want free food or vouchers or anything of the sort. What I want is for this to not happen to someone else... I decide to try the cheddar chalupa. Took a few bites, went to add some mild sauce and noticed a LONG BLACK HAIR IN my chalupa! I would expect better hygienic practices at such an establishment. Sorry but I doubt I will be back for quite some time. Seriously disappointed. PS: I'm a redhead.

The service is slow and the employees are rude. I was ignored at the counter by all three employees who were too busy talking about their personal matters. One girl with bright red hair looked right at me and continued to ignore me. The night manager was blatantly insulting me before I even got out of the store. Whole night crew should be fired. Edit: I won't be coming back to this location ever again. I'm appalled that some of these people have a job here. The night manager has made me and my daughter incredibly uncomfortable on multiple occasions and it's just creepy.

Awful service. Employees are rude, managers don't correct the behavior and continuously hires incompetent people, and rehires the incompetent people that end up getting fired over and over. I've never been treated so poorly in any fast food restaurant I've visited. I won't be patronizing this establishment any longer. Very disappointed.
