Didn't follow my special instructions and DOES NOT toast sandwiches. This location specifically offers a grilled option, but they literally cut the sandwiches in half place them is a wax paper bag, and put them on a hot surface with grill marks. By the time you get your sandwich, it will have been jumbled and all the bread becomes soggy from the mess the sandwich artisans make. Knowing how bad the sandwiches turn out, they don't even think to give you extra napkins to tolerate the mess. If you want subway by all means order it. Just stay away from this location. You will NOT get what you pay for in the slightest.

If I could I'd give no Stars....but anyway....Just left the one on Clear Creek Rd in Killeen, TX Dec 11, 2020 @ 1045 am. Went in and asked the lady behind the counter how much is the tuna today. She pointed to the picture on the counter which didn't answer my question.🤔 I asked again, how much is the tuna today. She proceeded to point up at the wall of pictures with an attitude. WTH. Why should I have to find what I'm looking for when I asked the question. (Side note: I asked because today is Friday and some stores have the tuna sandwich on sale). It would have been too simple to just answer the question and let me buy the sandwich. But instead I just left saying thank you. What happened to customer service.

All these bad reviews astonish me. I love this subway. I will drive 10 minutes out of the way to come to this location and eat. The staff is always friendly and their costumer service skills are always great. The vegetables are always great and their guacamole is never brown like most other subways. Only thing wrong with subway is the prices keep going up but the portions don't, but thats not the employees fault. Tiffany and her crew are the best.

I go by here every time I go to the AAA vape shop in Killeen Texas I'll be there once or twice but it's been a while but it's always been clean they take care of it they serve breakfast lunch and dinner and they're open late they serve to our soldiers in fort Hood and they're always playing friendly and nice people the right next door to the triple a vape shop and clean clear Creek road and they're always friendly and nice and yes their access to handicap and the disabled in hand elderly and they have handicap and they have the realtor room and everything for the subway and they're always delicious and they're always fresh

the girl is very slow, there was only one person working and that girl only flirted with the man in front she had more than 30 minutes in line I was the next one and she only flirted with the man ... my partner decided to go for the long wait I decided to stay because actually I was very hungry… .. it should be emphasized that I love the food but the staff is quite bad

Story short, I was scolded in front of the other clients for not calling my sandwich with the "correct name", I added another ingredient before she started to prepare, and she said in a very loud voice so everyone could hear: "than that is not the sandwich you ask for! just so you know for next time!"
She was not joking or friendly when she said it by the way, this happened wednesday October 14 around 3:30, african american employee (no name tag, woman).

This Clear Creek Subway is Very Clean! Courteous Associates Worked Here. I Do Not Go to Any Other Subway Franchise! Why? When I went to another Subway! The Employee Was Reaching his Pants to Raise Them While Making Sandwiches? Did Not Say Anything; I instead Left, but later find out he was Let Go!
