I enjoy the rewards program. The food isn't bad for gas station food. The pizza and wings are decent. The staff is friendly. The only issue is the pumps never work..just super inconvenient because not only is this one of the busiest streets in the city, but it seems it malfunctioned more than once in the past month.

Naomi is the best thing in that store, while handling everything, both registers and a demanding customer, she never lost her composure and was very very fast! Due to the creepy demanding dude, i had actually left my keys, when I went back to get them she already had them ready. Truly an asset!! Give her a raise!!!

I went in today and the service was horrible. The Assistant Manager Cyndi and the Crew we're all rude to me. I continued to be very nice and they were still rude. No wonder why they only average 2.7 stars. It's not my fault you have to work for 7-Eleven. If you don't like your job get another one. One that will make you happy. You could even go back to school and really make something of your life. There was no reason for the bad attitude. I will definitely make sure corporate knows about this. I believe this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Furthermore, when your attitude is that bad, it only makes you look very bad in the end and shows your true character.

I go there every day because it is very close to my house. Since the area is not that nice it gets pretty weird especially at night. There us always someone asking for money outside, a lot of loud rude people. The pumps are positioned very uncomfortably also in my opinion compared to other gas stations. However as far as the employees they have always been nice to me and helpful I've only seen them get mad if the customer is being rude.

Walked in and ordered 3 pizzas. The cashier turned me and my friend away by saying we needed to step to the side so she could help the customers behind us. My friend and I had not been rung up yet. So, we get to the back of the line of like, 7-8 people. When we finally get back to the front of the line and she rolled her eyes. We had waited our turn TWICE now. The only saving grace from giving this store a one star rating was the awesome lady who was working with the white cashier. She had amazing customer service.

The young man i dont know his name who waited on me was past awesome, he showed much respect for me , i guess he seen the age on me and gray hairs lmao, he was very kind, customer oriented, professional w/ a smile and so much going on right now its hard to smile , he had a sparkling personality i think he wore glassed and had dreadlocks i wished i knew his name, but anyways i thank him for his kindness and his service and i will shop there again

Everytime i go in this place, i ALWAYS Leave Unhappy. These employees are so unprofessional. I went there on today Tuesday July 23, 2019 at around 1:15 a.m. First of all i asked the lady for 2 or 3 slices of pizza. She told me she was not going to drop a whole pizza just to give me a few slices and had an attitude when she said it. Im sorry im hungry lady and you have to work tonight. Dont know the girls name because she had no name tag. All i do know is shes a rude and unprofessional black lady. I know for a fact the rule is if the customer wants it, you have to make it. Then had the nerve to go outside and smoke a cigarette near the the front door. So unprofessional. Then after her cigarette went back in and got on her phone. Some people just dont value their job or care about Customer Service. Hello if its not for the customers, you wouldn't have a job.
