Waiting in drive through was only a couple of minutes at the most. I ordered the number one meal and the strawberry frosty. Everything was hot and freshly made. Frosty and soda was freshly made also. Associates were nice and courteous at the window. Highly recommended this Wendy's.

This Wendy's used to be great. Now it's sorry as hell. Brought the family to eat inside the restaurant. Wife ordered and sour cream and chives potato, and it was an old potato that had seem to be made in the morning. Now my wife used to be a manager at Wendy's so she knows when the potatoes are fresh. She ended up returning the potato and getting a fry instead. Sad part is we love Wendy's, but after today we will no longer eat here. I understand how short staff every place is, but at least make quality food for your customers.

I so appreciate the service we received tonight. I don't eat ketchup and they always accommodate me when I ask for No Ketchup ADD mayo. I truly appreciate it. Everything is always fresh and the customer service is always great. Tonight the young man who took our order and the young lady at the Window about 45 minutes ago were so polite. Y'all were a little backed up but the young man apologized for the delay and the woman made sure that we had sour screen for our Baconator Fries. Much appreciated.

The guy who took our order was really nice and had great customer service. But the girl who served our items never said hello, or have a great day. She acted rude and like anything we asked was a problem for her. And usually I get great people there and they are friendly as can be. But this girl looked like she was just doing her job cuz she had no choice.
Now I get it that some places you don't wanna work, but for Christ sake 🙄 so some customer service.....

Place my order through the Wendys app with the delivery option. The order took more than 40 minutes and the app said that they delivered in 22 minutes. When my order arrives, I process to open it in front of the person who gave it to me, to make sure that it is fine and it turns out that it was incomplete, more than half of what was ordered was missing. The person who delivered me let me know that it took almost 30 minutes to deliver the order. I have with me the purchase receipt and the delivery person is a witness of everything that was missing in the order for which I paid $54.81.

If you love salads then look no further. Wendy's has fairly good selection of salads to fit your hungry needs ranging from a garden salad to a cod salad. Portions are fairly big too along with the price.

Stopped going here a year ago due to it being out of the way. Kids wanted something quick so I said let's go to Wendy's. Drive thru was slow as far as service is concerned for two kids meals. Bad part is the lady serving seemed to be too new at the window. Wasn't a good return and I will most likely stay away and go elsewhere.

Pulled up around 9, and the already had the door locked at 9. Are you serious, and it was at least 10 cars in the dri thru. I had to cancel a customer's order because the wait was ridiculous. I waited about 10 min and still was behind 6 cars. Couldn't even reach the speaker in the dri thru. Need to fire everybody that was working tonight.
