It's been a little while since I've been in there but, it's totally redesigned, clean looking👍and a place to have a (date).I purchased a sandwich for my wife and it was made "fresh"/on the spot and I took it home to my wife's (Total enjoyment)!😉

I have an hour for lunch. That’s it one hour. I have been standing in line with two people in front of me for 45 minutes. I am extremely displeased with the low count of staff at dinner time. Also having a worker that seems like it’s her first day is irritating as well. I don’t even get to eat my food now.

This is the best Subway in the Killeen Fort Hood area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The produce is the freshest. And the interior is the cleanest. I'd rather go here than any other Subway location in the area.

Horrific customer service DO NOT eat here! Called over to make an online order mind you I live some odd less than 5 minutes away from this establishment. I proceeded to talk to a young lady over the phone tonight and she hung the phone up on me after insisting they were closed and I asked how were they closed if their closing time is technically at 10pm.. She then hung up. I called back to speak to a supervisor, she told me there was no supervisor. I asked for her supervisors name she was insistent on not giving that information out to me. She then hung the phone up again, after I repeatedly asked for her supervisors name. This was honestly so ridiculous! I will stick to the Fort Hood St Subway, I’d love for the supervisor of this girl to re-train on proper phone etiquette and customer service skills.

The three women working at the time should not be in customer service they were more concerned with their conversation than doing the job. All three of the women seem to be upset we were even in there ordering a sandwich

I ordered a flatbread six inch veggie delight and it was a hot mess, I ordered a spinach wrap veggie delight it was worst then a hot mess couldn't even pick it up to eat too had to eat with a fork when I got hi one ordered a ft long sweet chicken sandwich and it was a hot mess my sister had to eat with a fork . Never again will I go eat subway . I should just get my money back .
