Omg i have been looking for a fast food place that has a decent salad to support my diet when I’m on the go. And wow, its better than decent, quality food. Decent portions, i didn’t get 3 small pieces of chicken. The lady taking my order was pleasant, and they always have been whenever i went to this location. I will be back. 1000% satisfied

This is what I get for $10.60. I’ve ordered from you all before. This salad has never looked like this before. The French onion was soggy, the bits that I did come across… it was mixed up prior to me getting this salad, as if someone had already had it set to eat and then gave it back. I more than likely will not go back, for the past 3yrs the service and quality has gone down. I can’t and will not continue to spend money for my food to look like this. There is brown lettuce and I couldn’t stomach to eat it, and not going back to the restaurant to get a different one, why?! So I could possibly get the same salad back. I’m good.

This Zaxby's is Terrible!!!! I keep giving chances and each time my food is cold and old. I've asked for fresh food (frys) & still recieve cold food. I've ordered a grilled chicken sandwich the bun was soggy and wet. I'm so disappointed. I will never eat at this location again, I have wasted too much of my time and money. The food use to be delicious but since staff changes have occurred the quality is diminishing FAST! Do Not Eat Here!

I just paid 12 dollars for this... I don't know if it's because of racism or because they ran out of potatoes. but I paid for a complete order, not half...and this misery is what they gave me...I also ordered a cheese burger with tomato and lettuce and they gave me a chicken sandwich for a child...what terrible service...

We went around 9:48pm and the young lady at the drive thru was a bit rude she was rushing my husband and telling him to speak up my husband repeated him self a couple of times but I was like maybe they're understaffed maybe it's just a bad night whatever we get to the window and I asked my husband to ask her if the meal I got was a meal he did so she said yes and closed the window fine... my husband looks at me and says obviously she couldn't hear me because she had her airpods in so I was like woow okay then we were told to move to the side to wait for our food what we ordered was 20 boneless wings and 6 fing plate meal once we got our food we didn't bother to check because we just wanted to get home once I got home I checked my plate and there was only 3 chicken pieces on my plate not 6 so I asked my husband to go back because the plate costs $12.49 or so.... we went back and it was already closed... I'm disappointed and not sure if we can get a refund because it was closed and not sure if they'll believe us I took pictures just incase....
