You better come here with a purpose! Incredibly huge sandwiches. Awesome combinations and sides. You won't believe how big the portions are for a great price. You're not leaving hungry, that's for sure. This has to be hands down one of the best sandwich shops in the OBX and arguably in North Carolina. Cool people working here, making it all come together seamlessly. Cheers!

When I tell you these were the BEST sandwiches ever!! We went at least 3 times in the week we were there, and the crew is absolutely wonderful and super friendly. Cannot recommend them enough.

I work down the street so have eaten there often.
Food seems priced a bit high until you actually see it
Actually until the bag is in your hand.
You feel the weight.
More meat then you have ever seen on a sandwich.
I usually make two meals from a sandwich or sub.
When I do not, it is like after thanksgiving. : )
All cut fresh in the shop.
The bread is fresh and not dry.
Have yet to eat anything there that I did not enjoy.
The staff is friendly and efficient.
During beach season when they are really busy, you will not have long to wait.
Have recommend to friends and they were surprised by the size of their sandwiches even though they were told ahead of time.

We visited Country Deli on our family beach trip to Nagshead. This was our 1st visit & will certainly be a stop on any future trips. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The establishment was immaculate with a 100% rating. The food was fresh & certainly worth the price because most of us had enough to take 1/2 back home because the subs were huge & not skimping on ingredients. This is the other half of my Granny Brie & I didn't even get the large sandwich.

If you want a sub or cold cut sandwich don't pass up this place. You will not be disappointed with the taste, options, or quantity of what you get. We grabbed some subs and sandwiches to go and took them home for a lunch and man we were all stuffed and happy. You know how everyone just stops talking because they are relishing the feed...yup that was the case here. Bread was soft and fresh and side options you can grab as well such as chips, cookies, and drinks. The employees took their time explaining things and very helpful discussing options and then hand delivered the food out to us while waiting. Nice touch there that shows some extra care. Do yourself a favor and grab something here. You won't be disappointed.

I love this deli in the OBX. Excellent staff and NYC DELI sized sandwiches. I personally love the Raleighwood. If you order this sandwich it is a gut buster. You better share it with someone ,or you better be absolutely starving to finish it. I skipped breakfast so I could eat the whole sandwich ,and it’s now time for me to take a nap. You’ll enjoy this deli. I’ve never been disappointed.

My boyfriend and I saw a picture of a Philly cheese steak with roasted red peppers in one of the reviews. It looked so good we ordered. We asked if a large was big enough to share for two. It was huge! However, it was so good we ordered another.🤣🤣 Good portions, really good sandwhich and excellent customer service. We will come back when we visit the OBX again. Come to this place! This place is great! Their large hoagie is not for the faint of heart! Easily feed two of you. The double club, is just that; a double, and it will feed two of you also! Nice friendly staff, and they seem to be good people. Stop. In!
