I wanted to get them mint chip cone, but I had a big boot on my leg from a break. When I pulled in the drive-through to order. Carl told me that they didn’t have mint chocolate chip, he mentioned a few other flavors. When I tried to pick line, I didn’t really like the flavors so he asked me to come in. I explained about the boot on my leg. He was very polite and professional, and went through a few more flavors for me until I found one I liked. I hope he knows how much I appreciated his help.

This place is great my first experience was horrible and I won't forget it. But I went back and this place is great staff is nice, donuts are delicious only problem is that when I get a ice coffee the first drink is usually very sweet but it quickly turns bitter not sure if all the cream and sugar just goes straight to the top or what either way good place 8/10 worth the line

Don't normally rate chains but this crew was super friendly and it is a quick convenient stop on or out of Key West. Stairs could be daunting for older adults or kids.

I ordered an expresso shot just now and noticed that there was only 1 employee working, he took our order and the coffee was DELICIOUS, thank you very much for taking the time to make my coffee so good. I’m sorry that you were the only one there working but you made a customer very happy!

I have seen big improvements these past few months in terms of service, wait time, variety availability and courteous staff. Happy to get my coffee and breakfast there every morning. The staff works really hard and they do a great job! I never have to wait too long either at the counter or at the drive thru. Well done! Keep it up!
