WOW! Such a delicious and beautiful cake/cupcake display for our beach wedding last week! The cake was moist and the frosting was super flavorful and a big hit with the guests! They especially enjoyed the key lime filling!
Paola did my surprise KC Chiefs grooms cake for my August wedding and it was amazing. She was easy to book, super responsive (via email) and the cake turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I sent her a photo and she delivered. Plus it was super yummy!
Paola made our wedding cake two years ago and this year she made the most beautiful tastiest 3 layered cake for my daughters first birthday. She was so sweet and kind to work with, the most professional baker I've ever come into contact with. The cake was so delicious. We had over 40 people at my daughters birthday and we got so many compliments about how amazing the cake was. Rick delivered the cake and it came perfect. The best cake we have ever had. Please don’t be blinded by the more popular/prominent bakeries in Key West. We tried them all (and not just their wedding cakes) and Paola’s tasting alone blew them out of the water. The white cake with strawberries and mousseline is to die for. Key lime with key lime filling is soooo good but the white cake stole the show for us. Guests were raving about both flavors. We ordered enough so we would have plenty of leftovers and people were stopping by the next morning to take some home and began eating a slice right in our condo. We did a small cutting cake with 2 sheet cakes served to guests, price was reasonable, decor was beautiful, flavor was fantastic. We will be ordering one to celebrate our anniversary when we are back next year.
We came to the Keys to visit our dearest friends and to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Amazing Cakes did a great job on capturing college/Keys/and the important “21”. The confetti cake flavor was so delicious. Delivery was perfect! Thank you so much!
Amazing Cakes truly lives up to its name. My cake was absolutely perfect. I had sent a few photos of what I wanted and they went above and beyond my expectations. Rick and team were so easy to email back and forth with and accommodate all of my requests. They even delivered to my hotel so it was there when I arrived. I very highly recommend! (Also is super reasonably priced!)
The most amazing cake and awesome service!!! Knowing my birthday was on April 11th and that we would be in Key West with friends, my fiancee wanted to do something extra special, as it was my 60th. She had found a pic of a similar cake and contacted the folks at Amazing Cake with her idea.... We are craft beer fans and especially fans of one certain craft brewery here In Virginia Beach. They had her ship the empty can to them and they came up with what was in the accompanying picture. The day of my birthday dinner, we were all over the map about where to go for dinner and Rick was SO helpful, even delivered the cake to the restaurant at 5 p.m. when we finally decided where we were eating... The cake was a HUGE success, an AWESOME SURPRISE and TASTY!!! Thank you Rick and company for all your hard work and assistance.
All I can say is wow!! My baby shower cake was so unbelievably beautiful I didn’t want to take a bite of it, the cake was the center of attention at our party :) From the phenomenal artistic design, to the rich delicious flavor, and the white chocolate ornaments... our cake was hands down the best!! I wish I could give more stars! Cannot wait to have another cake done for our next special occasion!

At first, I was trying to find a parking space for my car, then luckily a space was empty across the street of that unknown and hidden small bakery. By curiosity I looked through the glass door and saw a few things that looked very delicious. I entered and to my surprise I found some "Pain au Cocolat aux Amandes" and "Croissants aux Amandes" which are by far my favorite croissants! I discovered them 10 years ago when I went to Paris. And I just felt in Love with them. We ended up getting some, and I can say that my mouth was having an orgasm at each bite... This is just the best bakery shop that I found in America so far! I can't believe that I've been to Key west a few times already, but never had the luck to find it! But I never had the chance to go back because it was our last day in Key West. But this bakery is on my saved list, and will go maybe every morning next time I put my foot in Key West! If that place was on Duval st, or maybe had a better marketing strategy, it would be one of the most famous bakeries of the country.
Update: Went again to Key west a year later, and for my entire stay, I literally went to that bakery every single morning. Still Amazing!
Update 2: For a couple of years after finding this bakery, I went to Key West a few times, and got to enjoy this bakery each morning. However, after a while, another bakery opened in that spot, remodeled the place and changed their entire menu, and it's not the same at all. They don't have the same refined and tasty viennoiseries. I was very sad that day, and still am till this day.
I needed a nice holiday "Thank You" gift for a client, but didn't have exact specifications for what I wanted. I called Rick and gave him some general ideas, and he immediately recommended some options that sounded perfect. They were able to fulfill the order quickly - even during the busy holiday season! - stick within my budget, and even went above and beyond, adding a nice little notecard on which I could write a personalized message to the client. This saved me a trip in the busy Christmas rush, so I was very thankful for that! The arrangement of decorated sugar cookies was so nice, it looked like something from a magazine, and the clients lit up when I delivered it to them. I was so happy I decided to use Amazing Cakes, and would gladly work with them again in the future.
