Where to start.. the young gentleman behind the counter had great customer service. Little mishaps with the order but another young lady was able to correct it. The team at this location had 5+ star service the whole time I was at the restaurant. Extremely customer oriented. Once we got the food it was steaming hot. I tried the whole cheesesteak sub and had some of the boneless wings on special. Both items didn’t disappoint. Had to take to go since plates were jammed pack. I will be returning if in the area again.

This Miami Subs Grill location in Key West has the best cheesesteaks on the island, beating out its local competitors Mr Z, & Jersey Mikes by a country mile, in my humble opinion.
The bread is the magic ingredient here. I don't know where they're sourcing it from, but the sub rolls are perfectly toasted, pairing beautifully with the juicy steak, onions and cheese. Onion rings with the special sauce on the side also hit the spot. Food is ready from order to table in under 10 minutes, served hot and tasty.
The indoor decor is pure 90s retro, with purple and teal colors invoking nostalgia from the older crowd and disgust from the yout.
5/5 would recommend to anyone and everyone. Get yourself a Miami Subs cheesesteak here today, you won't regret it!

It was sooo nice to go back and enjoy their food. It's been 30 yrs since I ate at one in Chapel Hill NC my old stomping grounds.

What a great place for a delicious and calm lunch away from the downtown hustle. I would share a photo of my gyro platter with you but I devoured it. The flavor and crispness of the gyro meat was better than my favorite Greek restaurant back home. They also accommodated my mother who wanted a small salad with a scoop of tuna fish. It’s a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are all super friendly from the counter staff to the kitchen staff. I will definitely be back and recommend you stop by soon. You’ll love the variety and quality of the food.

My experience here was good. I order a to go order, everything looked clean, the person taking orders was polite, fast and something I liked is that she was aware of everything, welcoming those who arrived and saying goodbye to those who left. I know that this is done in restaurants but in fast food of this style I have not seen it so common. Good job
