Had a wonderful man as our server. He stopped every time he walked by to see if we needed anything. He had a great attitude and was happy to serve us. My mom was asking for multiple extra things and he was happy to help! He made up for the poor service I had the night before from a some other lady.

My wife Jean and I were on vacation in the Keys. After a few days of seafood, we wanted a good steak. The ribeye was amazing. Drinks and sides excellent. Kyra, the manager, and Paul, our server made for great service and we enjoyed their company.

Paul our waiter was very sensitive to what we needed from the menu. We are local business owners. My husband Albert had the rib eye with green beans and a premium potato and I had the prime rib with asparagus and nice same potato with seasoning. Since they have a new manager I could see a very new attitude and friendly staff. Chef got it exactly right on my prime rib. Thanks Outback for making my end of the day wonderful! Ronda

I was dining by myself this early evening and Janelle was quite helpful in assisting me with ordering my 8-oz. sirloin at the perfect temperature for me, offering to cook it longer if necessary. I love coming here because I consistently get a very good meal, and Janelle was a very attentive and helpful server! (This is also a great value for dining, as it’s extremely expensive to eat anywhere else in Key West.) Thank you, Janelle!

Kyra and Sonny were fantastic with our dinner today!!!! We are locals in Key West and come here often. James is always a joy to see when we come in. Sonny did a great job as our waiter. The entire staff did a phenomenal job from delivery of food/drinks to checking on us periodically to see if we needed anything. Thank you Outback Staff!!

I went here a couple days ago and literally had the best experience. The manager that night was Kyra. She was absolutely fantastic. She came and checked on the table and was overall extremely pleasant. Great service obviously led by a great team member!

I've always had a great experience at the outback, but this location was a great experience. Tables were clean and service was impeccable. Our food came out quick and our server was awesome. Of course we ate all of the bread that came to the table. How could we not! Cold salads and a hot steak. Absolutely divine. Will definitely be returning.

I went to outback with my children. The food was great. However, our server Allison went above and beyond. She was so polite, and respectful to my children. My son is a picky eater, and really liked that she was patient and courteous to him. I wish there were more servers like her. Thank you so much Allison.

Came in for drinks and appetizers! I recommend the blooming onion. Servers were great! Kyra, the manager came over to ask how the food and drinks were and if we needed anything to let her know :)
Amazing service all around, we loved the attention to detail when it came down to being serviced.
Probably the best staffed establishment (that’s a chain) in key west!
