Best meal we ever had at Outback. It’s usually good, but this meal was exceptional. The wait staff was perfect, too. Of course, good dinner partners can make a meal better than the last.
We had an excellent meal (best one on our Key West vacation), drinks were well made and our server was fabulous (Thanks, Sunshine!). Only one small issue which was promptly and professionally handled so I count that in the positive column. Can't say enough good things as you totally redeemed the Key West food scene in our eyes. Thanks!
Pretty typical from this chain. Good service and averagish food to slightly above average depending on what you get. Bloomin onion is big enough for four or five people so it’s a good value and decent taste. Soups weren’t bad (French onion and tortilla soup), steaks are decent, portions are big and price is high but not crazy for kw. Not a bad spot for key west but wouldn’t be my first choice either.

I've always had a great experience at the outback, but this location was a great experience. Tables were clean and service was impeccable. Our food came out quick and our server was awesome. Of course we ate all of the bread that came to the table. How could we not! Cold salads and a hot steak. Absolutely divine. Will definitely be returning.
Paul our waiter was very sensitive to what we needed from the menu. We are local business owners. My husband Albert had the rib eye with green beans and a premium potato and I had the prime rib with asparagus and nice same potato with seasoning. Since they have a new manager I could see a very new attitude and friendly staff. Chef got it exactly right on my prime rib. Thanks Outback for making my end of the day wonderful! Ronda
Since Key West tourism is more centered around seafood, there are not too many steakhouse options. Outback Steakhouse is a quick option for the value. Our favorite Waiter/Bartender here is Paul. Super friendly and consistent in taking care of us. Location is convenient for folks visiting the plaza, after a day of shopping or the movies. Make sure you download the app for rewards points accrued through your dining experience. You can have your steak and save money too!
Had a wonderful man as our server. He stopped every time he walked by to see if we needed anything. He had a great attitude and was happy to serve us. My mom was asking for multiple extra things and he was happy to help! He made up for the poor service I had the night before from a some other lady.

Outback Steakhouse has provided wonderful service to me and my mother whenever we come in and order steak dinners. Even the steaks are not too expensive of a price for high quality deliciousness. The staff are very chill and nice to speak to, and even gave us great recommendations on the menu when we first dined in. The atmosphere is wonderful as well. It does get packed, so be sure to plan well and call in to make sure they have spots open. I ordered their Kingsland Pasta with grilled chicken and steak, and was absolutely enthralled with how it tasted. Will always come back often to order the same thing!
The bartender was my waitress and she was great. The foot was good, but not amazing. The salad came lukewarm and Mac and cheese lacked enough sauce. Prime rib was nice and big but lacked much flavor.
I was dining by myself this early evening and Janelle was quite helpful in assisting me with ordering my 8-oz. sirloin at the perfect temperature for me, offering to cook it longer if necessary. I love coming here because I consistently get a very good meal, and Janelle was a very attentive and helpful server! (This is also a great value for dining, as it’s extremely expensive to eat anywhere else in Key West.) Thank you, Janelle!
Had a nice dinner with the kids. The food was great, the service even better!! Our server was Paul and he was great. He was kind, caring, and super understanding. One of our steaks came out almost rare, practically mooing, and we had ordered it well done. We didn’t want to be a bother when the manager Kyra came over, but she insisted that we were not and that she wanted to do whatever she could to take care of us. I have to say great staff, food, and vibes.
I have to say one of the best restaurants I have been to in a very long time. The service was pleasant and everything came out fast. Everyone who helped us I have to say seemed so happy, and helpful. The manager Kyra was amazing! We watched her while we were eating and she was everywhere! Taking care of everyone! She came by and checked on us and just made our night. Thank you for an amazing experience.
