Papa Johns Pizza

Update: against my better judgment, I tried this establishment again. I called in an order at 6 pm with a scheduled pick-up time of 7:15. My wife picked up the pizza at 7:05 and it was ready for pick-up. The receipt says the pick-up was scheduled for 6:45 pm. The pizza was cold and it looked like it was missing a significant amount of cheese (picture for reference). I don't know how this establishment managed to top their last performance, but bravo, this one took the cake. 1 star rating. Their stuffed crust pizza is great when baked well, but the last two times the dough has been so flimsy that when you go to pick up a slice, everything just slides off, cheese included. Aside from the pizza being prepared 10 minutes late from a scheduled pick-up that was made hours in advance, I understood when I walked in and they only had 2 employees running the restaurant. They've had hiring signs outside for months, if not all year, for all positions. It appears this establishment is on its last legs.

At this point it’s our fault for ordering there multiple times. Each time its total trash. And by all means don’t order extra toppings cuz I swear they put less toppings on purpose. And don’t adjust the order to no onions cuz it seems they put extra onions on. Yep, someone being a total jerk on purpose. Have you seen Waiting? That’s all I can think of 😵‍💫 But we get sucked in when the kids have friends over and there’s usually decent specials. You definitely get what you pay and I recommend you don’t waste your money here! Unless you like throwing away $50 worth of pizza.

I called in for a delivery and the Oriental lady got it set up and then the manager called me up and said that they didn't have a delivery driver until a certain time so I went and picked it up and it was colder inside than what it was outside and it was 9° outside and still got my pizza wrong. And every time you call up there you don't get anyone that speaks English they are all oriental people that answers the phone and takes your order

Placed an order tonight at 6 p.m. almost exactly. Said online that delivery should be 20 to 30 minutes 45 minutes after ordering we received an update that said our order will take between 119 minutes to 129 minutes.. at 7:02 p.m. the store physically called us to tell us that we were looking at another hour before we got our food we told them as long as it was hot and fresh that that was fine. At 8:30 we called back and got some call center in India. They were confused couldn't find our order and then connected us to the store. The store told us the guy was out to deliver our food no apology for being two and a half hours or anything else basically just hung up. Food arrived at 8:35 p.m. lukewarm and not appetizing. We ordered a meat pizza at the locks and two orders of cheese bread. The cheese bread was dried out as if it had been sitting and was chewy to the point where it was basically an edible. We will never order from here again absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing for them. Completely unforgettable.

Ordered pizzas at 330 for delivery. After repeatedly trying to get a hold of the store between 5:00 and 5:30, I finally got a hold of them. I told them I was on my way and I was just going to pick my delivery up. When I arrived (2 minutes later) the guy at the counter was more concerned how this would effect the driver’s screen, rather than how badly they messed up. No apologies nothing, just concerned with the driver’s screen. Side note - there were like 10 people in the back, so I know they weren’t short staffed
