Food was great. Service was great. I left my wallet there. Someone found it and turned it in. The employees were so nice when I called to see if it was there. Thank god. I didn't have much money but I gave them a tip cause I was so thankful. I will be going back there and telling family and friends to go to this one. Wish I could thank the customer also. 💞

Not the best service today. They had several people working but was still a bit slow. The girl ringing people out asked what I had I told her little steak bowl with a tort on the side. For some reason she still rung me up for a big bowl. So after me telling her what I had and she still rung me up for a big bowl makes me wonder if she did it on purpose. Since there was a line behind me I didn't look at the total until after I left so I could help get out of the way since they had a line. I don't like losing money so looks like next time I should just go to Chipolte since they only have one size bowl. It's a shame too because I've been eating at Hot Head for many years now.

The chubby girl with glasses and red hair that's faded at the end is rude af. Not only was she rude to the customers, but she's rude to the people she works with. She should not be working in customer service. However the kid with the dark curly hair was wonderful!!!

I was super impressed that the staff worked my meal through the line while also filling a single person's order who had like 6 bowls. They were really busy and some food supplies were low but the staff was handling it well. The store on Wilmingtonis really nice inside too. Food is good.

Unprofessional staff made me wait over 40min for an order kept telling them who I was there to pick up and kept ignoring! Not as a delivery driver but I have been there as a customer to eat!! Never will I come back here very disappointed!!!

Food was decent. Two employees working tonight are absolute trash. One dude needs to pull his pants up... Like dude no one is trying to see your SpongeBob britches. And the other dude looked like he was just having a bad night.
Dude who needed to pull his pants up really gave me all the broken chips he could find. Pretty lame fr.
