Called order in for pick up. Order was all wrong no avacado and bacon was too fatty

They take the eternity to make you a simple sandwich. I went yesterday, trying to grab a quick lunch. The employee had his hair uncovered and was as slow as a turtle. So I guess he is calculating how many sandwiches he can make per hour to Only keep his job.

I ordered a pretzel with cheese and was told by the redhead girl that I would have to wait for my cheese because they were to busy. Next I went for a sandwich and had to wait over 10 minutes because the "supervisor" would not help the new girl. There was over 5 people in line. With more walking in. Today I asked for a sandwich on white, lightly toasted. My bread was so hard I could only eat about half. It will be awhile for I go back until some changes are seen at the Walmart store in Ketchikan.

So not only was there only two employees working during lunch one of them decided it was their lunch break too and made one person do all the work when there was about a dozen people in line. The main reason for the two stars:: I watched my sandwich maker NOT WASH HIS HANDS ONCE while serving the 5people before me, while handling cash and cards in between. 😷

It's been years since I've eaten at a subway and it was surprisingly good. Bread was fresh, it was a very tasty sandwich.
