Review Bojangles - Kernersville

Drive thru line was long but moved fast. The man who handed me my food acted like he didn’t know what was supposed to be in the bag and asked me to look in it, when I told him he gave me the wrong order, he took the bag back inside the kitchen then handed me another bag which also ended up being wrong. Seems like taking a bag back into the kitchen that had a drive through customers hands in it is a bit dangerous during a covid pandemic? Hmm.

This place has gone way downhill. After waiting for nearly half an hour for food to be brought out, we were lacking a part of our order being the blueberry biscuits. So we went around to get the order and was handed it by stuck up employees without an apology or anything. Get home to eat the order only to find the center of the biscuit is completely raw and doughy.

Everytime I visit the line is backed up out the drive way. It shouldn't take more than five minutes for me to get my food. They need more people on the clock moving faster.

Always love Bojangles on a road trip. Even better when they get our order right!

I great mix of home style cooked food. Breakfast available all day. Biscuits and gravy. Macaroni. Oh my! To top it all off you get to eat it with a Spork.

Yes the guy at the drive-thru window was not friendly and I had a mask but they have the dining room closed and no sign up on the door and no sign saying drive-thru only you're coming through there to not stop and if you're going through the drive-thru

This place use to be top notch when if first opened. Now...it has lost it's charm. Employees act to above the people they are serving.(if you do not like customers service jobs, don't work them) I ordered a steak biscuit on a light biscuit. Last two time's I did not get that. I got a cold, over buttered hard biscuit. These works are to lazy to make a new one and just grab the one's off the line. Apart from that biscuit was poorly cut open. I had a missing piece on the bottom of my biscuit. This place needs new employees before it sinks ! Please!

Great location. Have visited several times. Food is usually hot and fresh and the drive thru is usually pretty fast. Have only had one bad experience here, food was stale and cold but I still give them 5 stars because that was one time I’ve been there on several occasions with no issues.

I love Bojangles, it is so good and the employee's were so nice and friendly, one even came by my table and asked me if my food was good.

I like to stop here in the mornings on the way to work for breakfast. Service is friendly and attentive, store is nice, and what I order is typically good.

Food was ok but dinning area was dirty and employees acted like they was not wanting to be there

Awesome food, awesome staff. They took special care of our 95 year old mother who was in a Bojangles for her first time today

Never tasted Bojangles to my girlfriend took me to it and now I can't stop going I love the bow around and I love the fact that they have an option that is not soda which is the Sobe water so thank you and good job keep it up

Bo-berry biscuits are awesome!!!! Great service also
