Drive thru line was long but moved fast. The man who handed me my food acted like he didn’t know what was supposed to be in the bag and asked me to look in it, when I told him he gave me the wrong order, he took the bag back inside the kitchen then handed me another bag which also ended up being wrong. Seems like taking a bag back into the kitchen that had a drive through customers hands in it is a bit dangerous during a covid pandemic? Hmm.

This place has gone way downhill. After waiting for nearly half an hour for food to be brought out, we were lacking a part of our order being the blueberry biscuits. So we went around to get the order and was handed it by stuck up employees without an apology or anything. Get home to eat the order only to find the center of the biscuit is completely raw and doughy.

This place use to be top notch when if first opened. Now...it has lost it's charm. Employees act to above the people they are serving.(if you do not like customers service jobs, don't work them) I ordered a steak biscuit on a light biscuit. Last two time's I did not get that. I got a cold, over buttered hard biscuit. These works are to lazy to make a new one and just grab the one's off the line. Apart from that biscuit was poorly cut open. I had a missing piece on the bottom of my biscuit. This place needs new employees before it sinks ! Please!
