Almost all of the stalls have not worked in over a year. The place looks like it has been through a war. The staff is friendly but the equipment is junk. The only two working credit card readers now do not have working speakers. Please fix this place. I have made several calls to the 800 number i’ve sent emails I’ve sent pictures. This place is an embarrassment for sonic! My reviews and pictures keep getting deleted. And you will see an apology from sonic right below my review but apologies is not fixing anything!

I’ve probably been to over 100 sonics this has got to be the worst Kept property I have ever been to. Only 1 stall has a working credit card reader only 5 had working speakers and only 2 of the 6 mentioned have working screens. Employees are super nice though. They say they cannot get help from management. I will get an automated apology from sonic for this review but that’s not what I’m looking for I’m looking for someone to fix this place! It is the only one in Kermit and very bad is a understatement.

I don't know who is giving this place 5 stars, but they don't even deserve one star. There are a handful of stalls that actually work and the place looks terrible. I don't even know how the service or food is because I couldn't ever find a spot where I could place an order. They might as well put in a drive through window and call it a day.

Couldn't find a stall with a working screen to even make an order. Maybe 3 or 4 of them work and each had someone parked in them. Ended up going elsewhere. Pickups are difficult to navigate on the property as well.

Worst Sonic in America!!! Out of 25 stalls maybe 5 work. It’s a guessing game. They are super busy. Plenary of money being made to fix stalls. Owners just don’t care enough to try. Has been this way for several years. I hate stopping here.

Why have most of all of your screens been not working for the last year or so & nobody go out to just check & see if the customers were able to place there order? 😅😐 Food is always correct though! 😄

Waste of time to go here 1st time I went here ordered cheeseburger w/ ketchup only, recieved hamburger w/ ketchup. This time ordered same thing, tried paying with bank card , failure to swipe says carhop..so I gave the food back after this 20+ min ordeal. Left hungry and angry for the last time! WILL NOT GO TO ANY SONIC AGAIN!!!

Small lanes only about 5 menu’s work. Taste like they order old food from other Sonics and nuke wave them.
Year later gotten worse. Bulldoze it and start over. I hope the inside is better than the outside.
