Went out for date night and tried an Italian restaurant that's been on our list for awhile. We both got the blackberry bourbon sour and garlic bread which has a white ricotta truffle butter and served with their marinara which is so good.
I ordered our famous rigatoni d which has mushrooms, caramelized onions herb roasted chicken in a Marsala cream sauce and he had the chicken and spinach manicotti with truffle cream sauce. Both tasted very good and we took home the tiramisu.
The place is very nice and beautifully decorated. Had a lovely time and would definitely go back.
Went there for the first time since n a long time. Still the best sir down Italian restaurant. There for my companies Christmas dinner. Server was excellent and friendly, the food was great, I had the Lobster carbonara. My only complaint was there were so many people there it was hard to talk across the table. We didn't even get seated until after 8 PM! Thumbs High.
Walked in around 5pm or a little after and got seated right away, Had a table outside, love the rustic atmosphere outside
By 6pm wait time for 2 was about 45 min. Had the platter starter with calories, zucchini and bruschetta. I ended up with the Lobster Carbonara, totally excellent, cooked to protection, service was good, no extra wait time on food
Lovely restaurant - our server was great! We ordered the stuffed mushrooms - they were delicious! I choose the eggplant parmigiana & my husband had the chicken Marsala. Both were excellent dishes. The servings were huge & we each took home half of our meals to enjoy for lunch the next day.
Food was delicious!! We will definitely be back again!
Maggiano's is hands down one of my favorite places. Food is always amazing, and I have never had anything other than stellar service. Shout out to Monet, my fellow Mahalia Jackson loving waitress!! You were amazing!
We started with the sampler platter, which was delish. We all had various salads and entrees. I had the Eggplant Parmasean, and my only suggestion would be a bit more marinara. We were celebrating my 55th birthday, and I had the Cannoli Cake...HOLY CANNOLI sums it up.
We were able to get some great pictures outside, which provided a perfect setting.
Note that not one picture was "before" we had devoured a bit of the food 😉
Maggianos is a tried and true favorite for me. I used to work here years ago as a bartender and I will literally crave their food. Many things seem like they are prepared differently and he’s differently than they were 10 years ago. I noticed that the salmon is really expensive, but I still like to order it. I noticed that they stopped doing the curbside carry out and I’m bummed about that because I love being able to pick up my food without having to get my kids out of the car but with all of that aside the staff is always amazing here and I always leave with a full belly. I’m also buns that they got rid of the chocolate Zucutto cake. They still have a similar chocolate cake, but it is definitely not the same as it used to be when I worked there. The lasagna is always good. Pro Tip: ask for it to be topped with meat sauce instead of marinara it just takes it to the next level.
We had our company holiday party here. The food is spectacular.
Great Italian! Currently under constriction, so will be even better.... don't forget to pair with your favorite wine! We will be back! This was a first time visit for us, impressed!
Had a lovely time for our first time going. Def recommend getting a reservation and glad we did. Our server was nice and attentive! We were celebrating my husband's 40th birthday & we just got married.
We had the Chef favorite sampler, he had the salmon and I had the Chicken Alfredo and everything was delicious.
Nice little birthday dessert and even a card from the restaurant for his birthday. Really sweet gesture. Despite being busy it really felt like we had the place to ourselves. We'll be back.
Loved this place! Even though the restaurant was big, it had a cozy feel. The Sinatra music playing in the background was perfect. Our waitress was superb, arriving to the table with a basket of warm bread. My husband asked her if she would mind choosing his meal. That he knew he would love everything on the menu. She agreed she could do that for him and he LOVED her choice.
Our appetizer of Stuffed Mushrooms were melt in your mouth delicious. Our meal was served piping hot and the helpings were very generous.
We were offered a deal of buying a regular size entree to take home for only $5. She said we could put them in the freezer til we were ready. We took the deal!
