I wish I could give no stars! I came in Sept. 26 around 2:20-235 I believe. I came in asked the lady if they accepted Apple Pay, she said yes. I then ask if you can get cash back off Apple Pay she said I don’t know we can try it. I bought a beer, hot dog and Taquitos (3) along with 2 bags of Lime Lays. I go to pay I use my 7/11 app. For the hot dog and taquiteos. My total was 16.41 because I needed 10$ cash back! It was decided but 6.41$ was removed from my Apple Pay! I showed the lady she brushed me off and said the system said decided. So I whatever because I’m not going to make a sense infrint of the line. I pay with my debit card got my 10$ cash. I step to the side, she doesn’t give me my hot dog or taquietoes. I waiting until she was done with the next person and asked if I could have my food. She said what food I didn’t charge you for any food! (Mind she’s scanned my barcode on my iPhone on the app). She gets all upset asks me to show her the app and she takes me phone starts scanning and ONLY gives me the hot dog. So today i check back on my Apple Pay and 6.41$ was removed and 16.41$ was removed from my debit card. Kinda add how it’s 16.41&&6.41??? And I need 10$ cash back! I hope someone sees this and just checks the system and make sure us correct so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Thank you!
