Jack In The Box

DONT GO!! They only give old and improper portions in comparison to all other locations around them. Got a "Loaded Chili Cheese Fries" that's supposed to be loaded with cheese and they put one scoop on top only. Dry fries that were wrinkled and fried hours ago AT THE BOTTOM. Then they had the nerve to refuse to fix it, and cast me away threatening to call the cops. The ad says "Extra Cheesy", I can't make this up, look at the photo of the ad.. Cheap broke store and employees giving cheap old broke food. DONT GO. In fact, I'll get someone out here to do a full evaluation with the secret shoppers and internal staffing investigations. This place is too corrupt. I'll make sure this happens ASAP. Messed up the wrong order this time. Be ready for an audit.

If I can give a 0 star review, I would. Recently, my girlfriend ordered something from this Jack In the Box location and she tried to pay with a coupon but got denied. The reason is that this location do not accept coupons!? She got in contact with the management via email and presented the receipt and coupon to try to get a partial refund only to be denied, because Jack In the Box does not have a refund policy even though they said the coupon works for all locations and it was a mistake on their end. Very disappointed in how this was handled. No more Jack In the Box for me or my family.

Honestly it was ok. Onion rings were decent but carried highly on the type of cook they got. Appeared only one employee was working the whole store. Wasn't the cleanest from what I could see from the drive through. Lady also missunderstood multiple times the order so that was a bit annoying. We were the only order at the time and the place didn't even look open from driving up to it till we hit the drive through to see if they were. First time ever eating there for me. Also the tripple bacon jack burger which is what I got was a big let down. It was just two tiny buns with three paper thin mostly flavorless Patty's drowned in what I hope was actually cheese sauce of suspect origin and not what it appeared to be otherwise. The picture showing the burger made it look big Mac sized but in reality it was smaller than a McDonald's mcdouble. Might eat there again maby if other places are closed but not goin to actively seek it out as there are just better places to eat especially for the price which was way too much. Cost twice what it would at McDonald's who is also robbing their customers blind with their prices so there's just no value in this place at that point.

This particular Jack in the box was horrible. The breakfast jack was extremely dry and had a different flavor and the hash browns were not crisp at all. No idea how this two things got so messed up. I also purchased their new donut holes... they were not good either and had to toss it all. First time ever! The one on Rainier in Renton is sooooo much better!!
