The service was decent. I generally like the bowl with double meat and extra cilantro. Barbacoa and steak or barbacoa and pork. Guacamole for some avacado etc. The tea is usually unsweetened which is good. The bowl is better for gluten intolerant. For lectin sensitive , skip the tomato salsa's and beans . I would also skip the corn due to GMO and glyphosate spraying issue. The queso is good if cow milk / milk lectins doesn't bother you. The chips I believe are also corn so similar issues here. Asie from those issue, I think the food is pretty good
My first visit to Chipotle in Maryland. I ordered soft steak tacos. The ingredients were fresh. A few toppings were missing that I enjoy. The pico was a little spicier than I like but still very good. All in all a good choice.
They have an special pickup area with a special employee and kitchen just for the online orders. I like it but what can they improved a little be can be on the customer service since I have been here several times but the employee keep being rude when we ask question and doesn’t looks friendly.
I absolutely love this chipotle! If I order ahead, it is usually ready at the pickup time listed and they are never out of salad dressing (which is an issue I run into ALL the time at other chipotles). The staff is relatively helpful and as attentive as they can be under immense pressure to move quickly.
I've eaten at this location many times. The service is good. The food is consistently good and fresh. The portions are always decent. If you use the Chipotle app and you screw up your order, the Chipotle online customer service is fantastic, which is a rarity among large chains!
This chipotle branch is very good. Products are always fresh and staff is very helpful and friendly. They also do a great job with mask wearing and safety precautions in the store. This is one of my go to places for quick Mexican food.
I've been visiting this location on the way home from work, and at different times also. Unlike other chains in MoCo, I think this one is my favorite one. The food is always fresh and ready, and when I have a minute to eat in, their music selection is a good mix of genres. Dining room is well kept up also, for as busy as this place is, I usually find a clean spot no problem. Keep it up and thanks for keeping the line moving!
The food is great. It's a little loud because it's so echoey but I find that to be an issue at all Chipotle restaurants.
Nice place. Probably the smallest Chipotle I have ever been to. Food and service were very good, but I did arrive at a relatively non-busy time. Arrangement of tables in rows isn't a great choice for intimacy, but I guess that is due to space constraints.
After a long hiatus, we tried the Kensington Chipotle again and were pleasantly surprised. The food was good, and we seem to be ok.
My rating reflects the most recent experience, minus a one star demerit for past quality control issues that we must never forget.
