Family and I went in to this location to get the 5 dollar boxes and this young girl rings us up and it can out to 23 dollars and I said wait these boxes are only 5 dollars why is it 23? And this girl from the back come out with attitude and said all we have is the deluxe boxes take it or leave it… I was like wow poor customer service and attitude on top of that… I told the lady cancel my order I will go some where else… Taco Bell needs to hire people that know how to treat people nicely… I will never be coming back here to this location on 52nd ever again.

Asked for mild sauce with order. Didn't get any. Also no napkins in bag. They weren't busy at all. Now,. I blame on manager. Employees are young and need better training. Details are important.

In my recent visit I only purchased the Nacho Fries and the cinnabon delights.I love the Nacho Fries!!! I'm so happy they are back even for a little while. They are seasoned perfectly!!

For some reason they can pump out drive thru orders fast as lightning but when a delivery worker is standing in the lobby for 15 minutes everyone can avoid eye contact and avoid you. I appreciate that hard workers are put last compared to everyone else.

This place is very SLOW! I've been waiting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes and there are still 2 cars ahead of me who have been waiting just as long. Don't waste your time coming to this location. You want beef tacos? It would be faster to go kill your own cow, process it, cook the meat, make your own shell from scratch, grow your own lettuce and cheese and make it at home! This is beyond horrible! Go to any other Taco Bell or like I said make them at home.
Update 4-9-22 this is still the slowest Taco Bell around. This is a good restaurant between 8am-5pm after the top managers leave the store and it's the night crew just forget it. So slow no one cares about making food fast and correct. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION PAST 5:00P.M. EVER trust me you will be waiting forever if you do.

I rank this location 5 stars because the food has been consistently good for several years and the staff is friendly, however, service times have been increasing in recent months and I've noticed a few young employees off task and on their phones during rush...

I ordered doordash and first my crunchy taco was missing, the burrito supreme was absolutely disgusting!! It was all beans and meat! There was no red sauce, like three shreds of lettuce maybe two tomatoes no onion and a big blob sour cream at the very end!! They don’t know how to fold a burrito! I asked for 17 packets of hot sauce specifically the orange packet and recieved 3!! They never add the hot sauce I ask for as if it comes out their paychecks!! And sometimes they just add whatever hot sauces they want!! So annoying!! My Gordita crunch was all lettuce and the ranch sauce.. very little meat and cheese.. I will not order from this location ever again!!
