We had our order delivered. When it arrived only half of the order there. We called the restaurant and were told that some of our food had been left behind and we had to pick it up. When I got there, the rest of our order was "misplaced." I was assured that the rest of my order would be right up. 30+ minutes later my food was finally ready. Due to no fault but my own, I didn't check the rest of the order. When I got home I opened the bag and found that there was still missing food. I didn't go back.

Consistently fast, I only had to wait for a few minutes because I arrived early. Food is always cooked well. Store is clean and well maintained.

I went to wing stop to get a 6 piece combo and was charged $14.02. When I walked in I looked at the menu saying 15 wings combo for $19.99. Now I’m not a math genius but that’s a rip off. So I ask the cashier and her response was well now you know! Then I get home and my order is wrong! I hope they pay enough to lose customers because I will never buy anything from wing stop again!

We always love the food here. It's kinda hit or miss with the staff. Sometimes they are friendly sometimes they just stare at you with no welcome, hand you your food, and look at you like they hate you 🤷♀️

We've ordered 3 times from Wingstop. Each time they either ran out of what we ordered or delivered the incorrect or missing food. I'm sitting outside of their shop and there are 15 angry people all waiting for their orders. We are never eating here again. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Usually have a good experience this time I did not . My fries were cold and I asked for light seasoning on the fries … it was most definitely not light seasoning . There was way to much seasoning on the fries because all what you could taste is the salt it was gross . And I ordered the thigh bites and I was not impressed ! They were small and crunchy . Usually never have any bad expierences with Wingstop but this time was a 👎

The wings were not extra crispy as I ordered. They usually get it right. There is a change in the blue cheese which I do not like. I never order the fries anymore. The fries never taste good when I use to order them.

Our go to favorite restaurant after hockey games for the last 4 years is losing its luster. The fries are awesome and the ranch is probably the best we’ve ever tasted. The boneless wings were tasty even though when we ordered our standard 15 wing combo with two flavors they now want to charge us for some of them plain. I was informed it’s only a $1 because plain is a flavor. Which makes no sense when if I had chosen Honey bbq they would have actually added a flavor. This may seem trivial but well like I said we’ve come here 4 plus years and have ordered the exact same thing. Lastly the buns were horrible tonight. They looked fresh and well buttered but they were dry to the point where we didn’t even bother eating them. I’d say we’ve only experienced sub-par food during our last few visits. We will be back but will probably seek out a new post game treat.
Update: we went back on a Saturday (12/15/2018) afternoon and it was much improved. It still doesn’t make up for the previous visit but it was better and I like to be as honest as possible.
