Great experience food was excellent. We ordered the Dan Dan noodles, it tasted sweet and spicy, dumplings and one of their recommendations on the menu. Overall good experience, yes there's a wait but the food was worth it! :)

BEST food I've had in ages! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. The woman who owns the place is exceedingly kind and apparently she and her mother make all of the food themselves! It's so delicious and has such a depth of flavor. Our whole party couldn't stop talking it. Every dish we got was amazing. Be sure to do things family style so you get to try more dishes! It's so great to see a small business pop up that's making great food. Go support! You'll love it!

The BEST in the Tri. Usually ppl have to travel to idk maybe the Seattle area for a great family style Asian restaurant but luckily for the ppl in the area and in the lower or in Yakima county this gem is right here, it's a little over an hour drive for me personally, and it's worth it and will continue to go there as much as I can! It's one of those places where you can definitely not be afraid to try anything because you will enjoy it. Pics are: egg plant with tofu- delicious and I hate tofu. Chicken with string beans: So so good, they put alot of love into that dish. Beef noodle soup: If you come here please try this because you won't regret it. White rice & Egg flower soup with corn: 2,000 out of 10. Wontons in garlic chilie oil: it will take you out and treat you the way you wanna be treated. Karen's AMAZING too ❤️ Love, love, love this place.

So we just moved from Portland to Boardman which has nothing to offer. One Friday I decided to cross the river to see some civilization and goodie took me to this Chinese joint and I was a happy camper!!
Karen is extremely friendly and helpful, I could literally order everything off the menu but being I was there by myself and didn’t want to lug around town with left over, I only ordered Braised Beef Noodle Soup, Garlic spicy wonton, and XiaoLongBao.
They were all LEGIT let me tell you!! The spicy wonton really hit the spot, yes the $10.99 price tag might be a little more than what you would pay for an appetizer but honestly you get a lot for the buck. The beef noodle soup reminds me of my mom, if I have to nitpick it’s a tad bit on the salty side for me but again I rarely use salt when I cook so there you go. The XiaoLongBao, okay if you gonna judge it against DingTaiFong then it’s not close in terms of craftsmanship, but you know it’s homemade with good ingredient and very tasty.
I honestly think this little joint will be worth my one hour drive on a regular basis

Everything is absolutely delicious and freshly made, the service is very friendly, could be a little pricey with certain dishes but very well worth it, my family comes all the way from Yakima for the beef noodle soup and dumplings! Very family friendly as well.

10/10 experience all around. Service was great, most of the food came out speedy quick and the one dish we waited on was well worth it for how absolutely delicious it was. Perfectly crispy and delicious chicken. Perfect amount of spice on the noodles. We definitely plan on coming again and hopefully trying some of the sweet dishes and will absolutely be recommending it to our friends.

First time eating here since it was Samurai Sams. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and the hospitality was great. Karen was super friendly. The food tasted great and seemed fresh. We tried the Dan Dan noodles, it was a little different but we enjoyed trying a traditional Chinese dish. Thank you and we will be back.

This is the taste of the spicy Chinese noodles! It is authentic! The real taste of Sichuan pepper and I miss the exact taste of this in China.
The tea is the best taste that as a local Chinese I would make for my guests too.
They have water fountain that refillable!
Remember to tell them if you can not eat spicy but it is really tasty which you can not stop yourself.
I love the cute waitress and she is always patient.
I just love spicy braised beef and beef noodles and dandan noddlea.

Bring many people. You will want to have as much to try as possible and the portions for many of their tastiest dishes are meant for more than one person. Family style eating is definitely recommended.
The place has very authentic Sichuan food that does not pull any punches on flavor. It is hands down perfect food for cold weather, and even in the heat it's something you'll end up craving.

Updates after several visits!
It's still absolutely amazing food.
The Fei Teng fish is everything I hoped for and more. The Beef noodle soup is an actual addiction which I consider every time I go into the Tri-cities. Their Wontons are very fresh and delicate as well. I haven't found anything on their menu I don't like.
The hot and sour soup is also something I judge almost every Chinese food place on. They absolutely nailed it, perfect combo of sour and warm white pepper flavors and a good amount of wood ear mushroom. And yes, it is the sichuan style of the soup (which I greatly prefer over henan or american variations)
I have included pictures of my visits! I must say that for every picture that I see the actual food has been even better than the photos can do justice for.

Favorites were the Sliced Spicy Beef Tendon, which is mostly mala flavor (Not very spicy, but more like numbing sensation which warms you up) combined with beef shank which is sliced thin and served cold. Makes for a very sweet and overall addictive appetizer.
The eggplant braised with pork belly was also done to perfection, with an explosion of flavors. Definitely a must try if you are a more concerned with heat.
Finally, it's a local family restaurant. A good one with amazing people behind the counter and in the kitchen. The owner, staff, and really everyone there was kind and compassionate from the very first moment we walked through the door to the last. Even if the food was half as good the personality and charm of the people there would bring me back.

Other notes: They recently added the ability to order from tablets on the table, with well taken photos (also visible on their website) that accurately represent what kind of amazing food you'll be getting. It allows the group to go through and pick the things they want all together and really streamlines the whole process. Other Sichuan places I've gone to, we usually have to pick a person as a designated orderer just so you can get all the tasty things together, so having an interactive way to do it is awesome.

The service was so nice and the lady was overwhelmingly sweet and giggly I just loved it!
We got their fried rice with two different types of chicken, with two appetizers and they were all good! The deep-fried bread balls were subpar but I also wasn't expecting it to taste sweet when I got them so that is on me!!
All in all it was a good stop outside of my hometown to enjoy some hole in the wall chinese food place :)
