Arby's

This place gives everything I would expect from a fast food location. They're quick but not pushy, kind and there to serve. The gentleman that put our order together in the kitchen even came up and greeted us when our order was ready and gave us plenty, I mean plenty, of sauces to go with it. His big smile and going the extra mile made me and my daughter very happy with our experience and we took it home and enjoyed some delicious food. Also as an important side note, this Arby's made my roast beef sandwiches larger than the other ones. I'm not sure why it was different but this store definitely made them better!

I should preface this review by stating that I go to Arby's for one thing, and one thing only: jalapeño poppers with berry sauce. When it comes to fast food jalapeño poppers, Arby's has the best. And the berry dipping sauce is a MUST. This location never disappoints. The last few times I've gone there, I've been told to pull forward so that they can be made fresh. The wait has never been long, and they're still hot and amazing by the time I get home. Staff always includes plenty of sauce with my order, too! Also, the last few visits, the man working the drive thru window is *incredibly* friendly (fella with facial hair and a voice made for radio). He deserves a pat on the back for his wonderful customer service skills, and fun personality.

Tried and true. I get a double roast beef with horsey and Arby's sauce every time I take a road trip or want something like the gyro. My gyro was near perfect with just enough onion for taste. You would be surprised how often that gets messed up with too many onions at other places. I have an issue with the buns and the way they pile the roast beef in the middle, but a little deconstruction to and sauces and reassemble fixes half the problem. The poorly sliced or flimsy buns are another story. Overall a decent value with a ton of choices for "the meat."

What has happened to Arby's? We've suddenly become fans! The "limited time only" ruben and gyros were SUPER. And they seem to be coming up with more enticing "limited availability" options. We intend to keep checking them out regularly. Price was unexpectedly reasonable. (Although, they had me at curly fries!) GREAT location for us, too.
