Love this stand. I come here all the time and they always do a great job. Baristas are always polite and easy to talk to (but not trying to get in your window like they do at Dutch bros). Special shout out to Maddie M. And Carly!

The coffee and service were fantastic! The barista made delicious coffee, despite being the only person there on an early Monday morning.
Note to corporate: We will no longer purchase the ham and cheese croissant. I've ordered this three times over the last two months (each at different locations), and every time my wife has been disappointed by the lack of ham. What used to be one of her favorite breakfast items is now a stale, overpriced croissant with two bites of "sandwich" down the middle.

I get a difficult coffee from this location every morning. The employees are so friendly. My dog doesn't like strange new people yet she loves everyone that works in this location. Also they are awesome and they know my drink after a year by my car. My boyfriend who hates coffee is able to get it for me no problem every time because the baristas are so great.

This is a good location in downtown Kennewick. It's a drive through, & minimum indoor seating. Drinks are made well, service is friendly, helpful, and quick. I like that the baristas went out of their way to help me. The drinks are more expensive since they converted to Black Rock. Be aware that the medium is now a 24 oz. I usually go out of my way to get my coffee here instead of the one on 395, they are friendlier.

This Roasters is right around the corner from my workplace, which is super convenient. The baristas here are always super friendly and have gotten my order right every single time. Even when I gotten multiple orders for coworkers, they have made sure that everything was perfect.
