Euro Bistro & Chocolate Cafe

A refreshing, pleasant experience compared to the Queensgate Bob's, in Richland, WA (which we will never go back to and we tell all of our friends and family about THAT horrible experience with the manager and awful service from that waitress)!! The Bob's up on 395 in Kennewick, WA is a good place to eat and/or drink!!

Food portions were huge, esp the fries. I had the Captain Hook Fish burger with Jo Jo fries and thought it was great. The fish was tender and fresh. I was truly impressed by our server (Kate). We had a soccer team + parents of about 30 people. Kate handled us masterfully, with individual checks (rather than one check for the entire group). She displayed a confidence and had a voice that projected well so we could all hear. It was kind of amazing to watch her work. I kept thinking, I hope my kids can develop the kind of confidence and skill to manage large crowds of people like this. When she delivered all the food, people were so impressed that we literally all clapped out of appreciation.

The burger tasted like bar food. Nothing special but it fills you up. Definitely would still recommend this place as it has some wonderful workers and server ladies. If your goal is to get drunk this place will take good care of you. Their bar is easily the best part. I would also recommend the loaded tator tots over the burger.

This was our first visit to Bob's, although our family are regulars here. Bob's impressed us with its generous portions, comfortable and cozy seating arrangements, and an exceptionally attentive waitress who made our experience all the more enjoyable. My husband and I left thoroughly satisfied and eagerly anticipate returning in the future.

No complaints here! Family style restaurant that reminds me of red robins! It was a good eating experience and our server was so attentive even though she had many other tables to attend to and we were a big party with young kids! The mini sliders as an appetizer were cute and tasty and my steak medallions with TONS of fries (I love a potato!) Were delicious! I was happy!
