Sweet Mayhem

I LOVE going here. The food and service is EXCELLENT! And since they've moved to the Kennett Square, it's much more like a coool cafe atmosphere! I only wish they'd play more relaxing jazz style music/cafe music. Also, the employees can be pretty loud when talking with customers they know. I really wanted it to be a place I could just relax and read etc... with a cup of coffee and a sandwich or pastry or whatever. Hard to do when the chatter between customers and employees is so loud.

Been ordering the same sandwich from Sweet Mayhem since they opened their business. It’s a special sandwich they make it for me every few weeks or so. Today it got messed up and I called about it. I was given a menu and told that I now have to order from said menu because that’s what causes the confusion. WHAT??? They charge me nearly 15$ for the sandwich which I pay every time!!! But everyone let me ask you. How hard is it to make a chicken BLT with Mayo???? NEVER GOING BACK!!

Amazing!!! Let me start by saying this all started with my amazing Daughter-n-law tagging my son in a Facebook post of this bakery. As a surprise, I reached out to the bakery and asked if they delivered. Now mind you, this was right around lunch time and they said not at that time. I explained that I was out of state and would have to have delivery. They understood, but could not accommodate right then. About two hours later, they reached back out to me and said they were able to now. I explained the post my daughter-n-law shared of theirs and they packaged everything up. And I asked if they could write a note that said “Love from Texas” and they did. Fast forward about 30 mins later, my daughter-n-law FaceTimed me all excited and thanking me. She showed me the packaging they did and it was so beautiful. Then she showed me the note. It was computer typed with a couple of hearts and cut into a heart shape. It was perfect! Then.... she exclaims, oh my gosh. They are on Food Network and he delivered my order!!!! She was super excited that he was the one to bring it to her. The grandkids excitedly sent us a video after school and thanked us for the treats. I cannot say enough about this bakery. Next time we visit, I will have to drop in personally to meet them. They have big fans in Texas! Thank you Sweet Mayhem for making a surprise for our family there so amazing! We will order from your team again!
