Breakfast, I had french toast and sausage. Sausage you can tell seemed to be local. It was fresh as could be and tasted like the finest parts of pork. Nice hometown feel and the girls working tables and counter were extremely pleasant.

The only reason that I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one is, because the service was friendly. The eggs were burnt, the french toast had too much cinnamon and sugar, and they forgot to give me brown sugar and milk for my oatmeal. The prices were high also. It came out to $26 for a french toast platter with sausage eggs and a side of oatmeal. I will never eat here again.

We invaded the diner with 11 plus a baby at 7:15AM on Father’s Day morning for a group breakfast. The food orders came out in rapid succession, each order complete and correct. Service was excellent, decaf and regular coffee cups were kept filled.

Good little greasy Diner cheesesteak. Good extras; cheese, mushrooms and fried onions. The roll had a little toast on it. What I didn’t like was the $9.49. I was hoping to avoid the Kennett Square surcharge. Next time I will get the $3.49 breakfast special. Very nice hard working people. Good overall experience.

The sausage was amazing, my hash browns were cold though and not crispy. This diner has charm though, and this counts as something special. I was told it was the oldest diner in the county. The bathroom is chilly on a winter's day, but again I was drawn in my the charm of the diner. Food was okay, and service / staff very friendly and attentive.

Beautifully renovated after a devastating fire, good coffee and a tasty, scratch-made breakfast made this a memorable visit.

I feel this dinner is quite pricey. You decide: mushroom and cheese omelette, homefries, toast, coffee and OJ. $19.15. notice I did not have any type of meat.

I had such a bad experience here today. They used to be so good I was upset. I ordered a cheese omelette, soup, and a side of sausage gravy. The omelette was not cooked all the way the yolk was literally seeping out of it. The home fries were burnt, I hurt my gum trying to bite into one of the pieces. And the sausage gravy i couldn’t eat because it was for the home fries. The only thing i could eat was the white toast. The soup had cold spots and was curdled I’m not sure if it’s frozen or refrigerated but even my 8 year old mentioned it. I’m guessing it wasn’t warmed up properly. I mentioned to the waitress what was happening and she asked me to shh because she didn’t want the boss to hear and she said she’d “tKe something off the bill” she brings me the bill and mentioned she took off a soup and the cup of sausage gravy. I was visibly upset but I didn’t want to make a scene so I paid, and no I didn’t tip I’m sorry. When I went to the register the lady who I’m presuming is her boss yelled something at her and she said “see what I’m saying” I walked right out and literally literally threw up on my way home. My kids pancakes were also burnt, she took one single bite. But obviously it wasn’t worth mentioning. I feel as though they should’ve paid me the $45.28 for wasting my time and making me sick.
