I've been going to this Subway for over 20 years and I am so disappointed in the new management. He is rude and nickels and dimes his customers for olives and jalapeños. He does not take coupons. He told me that he never seen me before and that I wasn't a regular, I was only there for the coupon. The audacity! He says businesses that take coupons don't know business? No sir, you do not know good customer service or business! Going to the one on Canton Rd from here on out!

I will never order from this subway again! The manger is rude first of all. He charge me extra for Jalapeno and Olive which is crazy. The previous owner didn't charge or any subway don't do that. I went another time I had coupons for their new all star line up and he rudely told me they don't do coupons because he loosing money. SMH

On April 21, 2022 I placed an order on the app and the order didn't go through. This time today I wanted try again and the same thing happened. I call the Manager and he was rude to me. He said that the problem was on my end, really. I'm done I will not order from this subway again.

I've had 3 different moble orders over the past few weeks. When I leave and sit down with my sandwich the ingredients have been wrong every time.

Service and food was amazing. Daniel had great energy and was probably the first time I’ve ever thought to leave a review for a subway because of him.

Very nice people and food!! nothing like the others subways and first time that I actually want to seat down and eat. A subway who doesn’t stink🤯 I went there like the absolutely last option and I’m glad.

This is my favorite location. I'm always treated with love and respect. My sandwich was so good. I wanted a second one.

The lady behind the counter was working twice as hard because another employee walked out in the middle of their shift today. She was very professional and polite to the waiting line of customers, apologizing for the wait as she was literally the only employee there. Despite that fact she still provided delicious food, prepared correctly to each customer's request. It is because her professional and polite attitude that makes me want to continue to eat at this location despite a long line. If her boss is reading this, give her a raise!
