Really Dunkin? Come on. At least give us enough cream cheese to eat the whole bagel. Service it’self was fine, so I gave 3 stars. But this is the second time in a row I have gotten a bagel from this location, and there’s barely any cream cheese. It’s disappointing.

I order from this location daily. Staff is always nice, friendly and coffee is always perfect!!! Love that they remember me and my daughter and our order.

I had a great experience here as I made my order on the Dunkin’ app to get a frozen chocolate! I arrived to the drive thru a few minutes after my order and the process was really quick as the staff was friendly and had my drink served pretty quickly! I’ve enjoyed going to this particular location over the years as it never fails to offer great service and drinks/food!

Location is 24hrs and they run out of food items to early in the day. You order drinks and request no ice and whether it’s policy or manager request, drinks can’t be made without no ice, ice must be included. That’s because they don’t want to give you more, if you get your drinks with ice, they fill the cup with majority ice and give you less of your drink. That would also include lattes, since they put more milk than coffee. Don’t let me get started on customer service. Well, there is none. I’ll just go to QT to make my own coffee. Cheaper too!!

The girl working at night is inept. I’m here on May 10th at 1am for an Uber that’s taking over half an hour to get the customer 6 donuts and some munchkins with a vitamin water. The customer and Uber have been freaking out on me because of the wait at this place. Over 30 minutes easily I’ve sat here so long time is no longer even relevant. I will never ever ever take another order here as long as this girl is working. She is so slow other people have left in frustration. They need to retrain her asap!

The experience was one I pray never will be repeat for another customer. Difficult drive-thru logistically, long drive thru lines, Order received was WRONG (checked before leaving pk lot), waited at window over 5 minutes to be told no one in entire store knew how to issue a refund for the food I'd been overcharged for! Never again!

Unfortunately they always prepare my coffee differently from what I asked and end up going inside instead, yet still have to make adjustments to maje it right. But the staff are friendly despite this inconvenience.
