Nice location & super friendly staff. Food was super. My coworker got confused and he tough he bought the combo while he didn't and they still gave him the fries. Bad thing, one soda machine didn't work properly and the ketchup dispenser was empty. I can understand if they where busy but the store was empty.

Stopped for breakfast and looked the place. The sausage and egg biscuit was cooked well and the biscuit was tasty and not like cardboard. The staff was friendly and got me ketchup packets when their dispenser was empty. Good drink selection from the drink dispenser.

Gave them a second try since I work around the area on my lunch. Not only is it a lengthy wait but both times my order has been wrong I've had to turn around and then eat lunch in my car on the way back to work. So many choices in this area to eat and I love Hardee's but they really need to get on top of things.

I went to the drive thru for a quick bite. The line moved quickly. The restaurant appeared to be super clean inside and out. There's plenty of parking available and they usually send coupons in the mail. Their food is always made fresh for you and will be delivered to your table if you decide to dine in. Yummy!

Went to the drive thru and the employee is only handling one order at a time. Meaning he will not take and order at the drive thru until the person in front has gotten their food and left. I waited 5 minutes at the box to have my order taken and then 10 to get my food. And in my 15 in the line, 3 cars behind me left because of the slow service. I hope the manager reads his to see how inefficient this business is running.

Visited with my family. We have tried a bunch if the fast food places around Acworth and Kennesaw, but never have I expected to receive 5 Star treatment. This particular evening, we were told they were short staffed today, but did go above and beyond in treating us better than any other restaurant I've been to this year. I believe the cashier's name was Nicole, per the receipt. If you decide Hardee's is the place to eat today, definitely make it this particular location.

Service was a bit slow,They were out of taco sauce packets which was a let down because I felt like my taco was rather naked without it. Tables and floor were a bit dirty. The Burrito was phenomenal. The taco had higher quality meat than Taco bell or del-taco. I will come back for another burrito soon. I hope they can make up for those lost stars.
Update: I ate here August 8,2018 and although I will not say anything bad, I will simply say that I will not eat here again.

They took 10 minutes to make a $1 sandwich when only 2 customers were there and even longer for the couple in front of me, didn't give me change or a receipt, the cashier and manager were overall rude people with there facial expressions and actions, and the sandwich was room temperature.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this location and don't plan on going again.
