First of all I waited 10 minutes to even get my order because I guess someone before me had a large order. I'm pretty sure the person who did take my order was either drunk, high or had a hang over, because he asked me 3 times what I ordered. Now, for the food, it was HORRIBLE. I ordered the competition plate.The sauce was bad, the brisket was DRY! I couldn't even finish. I'm sorry but this was such a fail on so many levels. We will not return.

Small business with good BBQ. They finally added brisket which I love. The meats are tender and seasoned. The sauces are regular, sweet, and hot which will take the skin off your 😜😜. I usually mix the sweet & hot together. Customer service is great. They speak to you when you walk in the door. If standing in line they acknowledge and let you know someone will help as soon as they can. So bring your patience and a empty stomach.

What a terrible place. New owner took over and he is all about the $$$. Refuses to accept corporate issued gift cards or honor any Rewards Points. Ordered online with our points and went to pick up the order and they refused to accept it. The owner was on premise and said that "Corporate" does not reimburse him for the points or the gift certificates. He is not going to loose money because of "their" policies. I told him I was going to contact the home office and do everything possible to see that his franchise license was pulled, again he didn't care. Tried calling Corporate, but they are closed for the weekend, will call them Monday. What once was a decent BBQ place has gone down hill in quality, serving size, and customer service due to a non-caring and greedy owner. Even his staff commented on how negative the operation has changed since he took over. Please do not go and support this man. Hopefully Corporate will do what is necessary to begin gaining back their reputation.

Well this is the 2nd chance I gave Dickeys BBQ, and they will not be a 3rd. I just spent $50.00 and the photo attached cost $18.00, they shorted me my 3rd meat item. The portion was not even worth $10. I seen a photo in the reviews about a plate that was $9 they had more food than mine. It is very sad that they get everything on a screen that tells them what to do. Can’t even do that. I’m sorry but I will not be ordering or even suggesting Dickeys BBQ Pit to no one. Only reason i gave them 2 stars is because the girl that answered the phone (not a manager, because no manager was there) was very apologetic and understood my anger. Otherwise it would have a been a 1 star.

Not commenting on the people who work there or ambiance or anything like that. This is not good. Barbecue when you compare it to the other options in Atlanta. The brisket was dry shoe leather, the chicken wings were so overcooked it was hard to eat them, the ribs were okay, the green beans were probably the best thing I tried. Overall would never go back.

While I was waiting to order an employee was very rude and short with the customers in front of us to the point of being very noticeable and uncomfortable. When they got to me for my order they were out of all of the things I wanted so I decided to just leave. Go somewhere else especially if you have a family as their dining area is tiny and their customer service is terrible.
