Burger King

No one was in the drive thru line, but they had me pull over to the side to wait for my food. Another car came a couple of minutes later. They had them pull to the side as well. The lobby is closed so it isn’t like they are swamped with customers. I suppose this is an attempt to protect their drive wait times, but still take their time on the order. Should a burger from a fast food place really take over 15 minutes when you only have 2 customers?

The person that handled the front was very polite. She informed us that one of our sandwiches will take some extra time. My wife , Daughter and myself enjoyed our meal. Only issue I had was getting to speak with someone. Most personnel was on cell phone talking about Tik Tok or instagram. Very unprofessional. Seen the whole atmosphere changed when another employee arrived. Seem like it was one of the managers that does her job correctly.

This is the worst most incompetent location. Walk in customer ignored with one car in drive thru...the person said hello to me standing there then walked away. No one wears a uniform ... looking a hot mess when I finally did get asked for my order I thought it was simple. It was not a classic chicken sandwich with cheese made like a whopper. Whopper being the signature sandwich I figure every person knows how to make that right? Nope I watched the guy in civilian clothes make my sandwich with zero finesse incorrectly. I said to the manage oh he didn't add the ketchup she looked at the screen and not the sandwich in her hand and said yes he did. I stood there opened it and said no he didn't the sandwich is wrong. Laxidaisical attitude throughput the employees was frustrating. If I give you my money after driving out of my way with gas being over $4.30 a galllon why is it so difficult for me to get my sandwich my way?

Came to get some food and they faked a system outage. We’re staying at a hotel up the way and they close in 30 mins. Everything is still up and running but they refused to serve us bc they didn’t want to. This also isn’t the first time I’ve heard this from this Burger King. Horrible when you have a starving toddler but they workers just want to chill on the counters and sit on their phones.

The last few times I have came to this Burgerking my Nuggets have always been over cooked, burnt, and cold. Sandwiches also have been cold and adding anything to it is useless to ask for because you will not get it added but will be charged . Lettuce and tomatoes are never fresh. In the last 6 months staff seems to be nothing but teenagers. When employees were older working at this location the food was always hot, fresh, and accurate. I will not be returning to this location and definitely will be driving further to get better quality food. Waste of money

Mozzarella sticks tasted like frost bitten cardboard, marinara sauce was brownish in color and tasted horrible ( like truly repulsive)... chicken nuggets were crispy on the outside MUSHY on the inside. The texture inside of the nuggets didn't look or taste like any quality chicken I've ever had. I used to love burger. I just moved back in the area and this was my go-to location when I lived here before. Clearly things have changed. Can't even look at a Burger King the same! 🤢
