Horrible service i order chicken fried rice an it literally came with 6 chunks of fried chicken in an 9oz container of rice its not your typical chicken fried rice i asked for my money back an he refused. I also asked for soy sauce an he said you get one pack an extra is a dollar. Then tell my friend an all the other customers in the restaurant that i was a rude customer for asking for my money back. I will not be back. One star for the fresh hot chicken wings i also ordered

Wing Connection at 3055 N Main St. N.W. #101, Kennesaw, GA 30144 this is the worst place I have ever eaten at. I order 10 pcs wing basket w/fries, 5 garlic parmesan and 5 honey barbecue. I advised I do not like my wings fried hard and buried in sauce. I went to pickup my order during my lunch break and when I walked in the smell of old pine sol (like a spoiled mop) has been used. It was awful and I should have walked right back out the door. But, I was committed because again I was on my lunch break. Ordering somewhere else would've taken me past my allotted lunch break. The wings barely has any sauce on them. They was old looking and when I bit into one it was black on the inside. You know when food is not properly stored in the freezer and they become freezer burned. The fries was old looking as well. It looks as if this restaurant is on their last leg and just barely hanging. Additionally, they did not have their score posted for consumers' to see. When I asked the guy about it he shrugged his shoulder's and stated "I am just filling in for somebody and normally do not work this location". I should have followed my first mind when I walked in and when that smell hit me I should've just walked out. I just wasted $15.35 and my entire lunch. This would be zero stars for me but you can't leave zero stars. Whatever you do, please do not order from this restaurant. They have got to do better and offer quality food or just shut down. Period!!!!!

This business is a scam. They sold Groupons and then refused to accept them. Take your business elsewhere. If you didn’t want people to use Groupons at your business then you shouldn’t have sold them via Groupon. My first and last time in this place. Hope your business fails. Then the rude lady at the counter tried to raise her voice because I had questions. Terrible service. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have eaten her many times since they opened but the quality of food continues to decline. I ordered a Jiles Burger & Bacon Cheeseburger with no lettuce on either for pickup. When I arrived friendly service by young women, she collected my money and I waited for order. After 10 minutes she cam out a said they didn't have bacon could she use chipped/shredded bacon but I declined bacon. I requested soda instead and she ok'd. She shortly brought out food and I grabbed burgers and left. Once home we opened food no cheese on Jiles burgers and burger are burnt not medium well and super small. Don't think I can continue to give them money.

I've spent a decent amount of money at Wings Connection in Kennesaw, mostly wings and fries, and it's good deep fried food. The inside is clean and the people nice, though I usually order online. Between Wings Connection and the other wing places, we always choose here. Thanks for always being consistent.
