I honestly haven’t had a bad experience at this location. I love their strawberry milkshakes! My mom recently ordered nachos and they forgot her meat Buy it was loaded with toppings but the lady was so kind and gave her a new order of nachos with plenty.

Not the most appetizing meal when sober, but it definitely hits those sensory spots when under the influence. Think taco bell but with chicken and fries.

I dont blame the workers for getting my child's drive-thru order wrong...stuff happens. I also didnt mind parking my car to enter the restaurant to politely ask for a correction.
Here is the real problem:
Customers are shut out of the restaurant. Yep, the doors are locked. So... how am I supposed to get my order corrected when Del Taco makes a mistake?
Apparently, management/corporate either did not consider this common scenario or they did not care.
I suppose i couldve join the 10+ car long drive-thru again and waited 20 extra minutes to get it fixed. But to me this is unacceptable and POOR corporate leadership.
Stop drowning in your Covid fears, and serve your customers again. I wont be back.

nastyyyyyy customer service! the female with glasses saw me at the window and at 12 walked over to signal they were closed. I told her I had a pickup and that the signage states 12 but she claimed they always close at 11:30 because they are short staffed… even though I saw 3 people walking around. when I asked her what her name was she rolled her eyes and slammed the window closed. disgusting 🤢
if you hate your job, please quit. respectfully.

They couldn't get my order right even after I had to park and wait 20 additional minutes.
No apology at no point, and to top it off they put mayonnaise or something on my fish taco excessively where I could not eat it.
I just want my money back!!

Went through drive thru last night at dinner where fresh food should have been served. You could bend the chips that were cold and looked to have been soaked in oil they were so stale and the fish tacos were cold. You can not handle meat of any kind this way. I don't get it. Don't they have pride or care in this establishment? You could see and tell that this meal was not consumable and they sold it anyway. I mean it looked like a bad review waiting to happen. I paid $10 to write a bad review.

First time trying Del Tacos, so I walked into the restaurant and noticed it was very empty (no other dining patrons - look at my posted photos) which made me feel a bit skeptical. I ordered the new shrimp tacos and habanero chicken tacos. Both were very delicious and appropriately priced. Food appears to be made fresh to order and is a lot better than that big Bell Mexican restaurant chain. Restaurant was not the cleanest it could be but not dirty, just little messy (random napkins/paper on floor). Probably due to the nearby college/school crowd post lunch rush. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Service was not extremely fast but definitely not slow. I expect it to be that way when food is made to order and fresh. Definitely will try other dishes, maybe at other Del Taco locations.

This is the worse deal taco I’ve been to. The service was absolutely horrible. I had to pull to the front to wait for my order. It took them 20min to bring it out and it was wrong. The doors were locked and they would not answer the phone. I had to get back in the drive through line which took another 20min.
