Luke warm is being generous. 3 diffrent people handle drive thru orders and still rung it up wrong. Throwing fries in the bag seems normal here

Went through the drive through at this location on the way home from the airport. Sunday, March 7th. It’s was 10:18pm and the crew were so pleasant. Awesome service. Freddy was awesome. Kindest voice I have heard in a drive through in a long time.

WORST experience I have EVER had at an Arby’s. Ordered a double beef and cheddar, extra cheddar meal with loaded curly fries, a coke and a Buffalo chicken slider. When I got ALL the way home with my food it was disappointing to see that in the bag was a classic beef and cheddar (even says so I’m the wrapper) AND even less cheddar than normally comes on it. But I wasn’t even mad yet. Simple mistake. Let me call the restaurant to tell them what happened. Knowing that they’ll close shortly I expected maybe a credit for the sandwich. Problem is, I have called the store SIXTEEN TIMES. NOW I’m mad. I’ve been blatantly ignored and someone has occasionally answered the phone and hung it up immediately. This is the most DEPLORABLE example of customer service I have EVER seen - and that’s saying a lot considering I’ve been managing in food service for 10 years and have pretty much seen it all.

The parking lot is a bit sketchy. The food was decent, the fries were fresh. I got the BBQ Smoke House sandwich and I wish it were assembled a little better. Their limited time mint chocolate Andes shake was really amazing actually! The staff was friendly even thought it seemed a little understaffed.

Ordered turkey bacon ranch meal. Along with a car full of other food. My sandwich didn't have turkey. Conveniently by the time I realized and turned around they were closed. They could have just told me they was out of turkey instead of giving me bread, bacon and cheese for $9. Would give no stars but can't.

I ordered the 2 for $6, fish sandwiches. And i asked for fresh one's. They told me to PARK so i waited 10 minutes and they brought me 2 fish sandwiches. One was fresh & hot, but the other one was cold & old, and no napkins in the bag. Very dissatisfied and unhappy about it all, this was my first time eating here i was excited to try it since its been advertising on t.v for 2 weeks. Very sad day : (

Every time I've visited the drive-through of this location, they've had us pull to the other side of the store and wait for around five minutes. That isn't bothersome in and of itself, but there have been many cases where the order has been wrong or something from the order was missed. My latest visit saw an incorrect sandwich and a drink that was filled only halfway, for instance, and the drive-through speaker itself was ... gone? The worker at the window was new and constantly was asking a superior for questions for almost every item we ordered, which even then, still resulted in a wrong order. ): The quality of the food is great and like any other of their locations, but the service could be much better.
