Excellent service from this team just a few minutes ago. The cashier took orders prompt, polite, and professional while also keeping the tables cleaned off. The cooks and prep team prepared my hamburger and fries to my exact request. This crew should be recognized that worked at 1200 noon Jan 20 2022.

I ordered online & received the text message once paid for. Then, they sent a txt asking that I respond when I was "on my way", which I did, and another when I was "in the parking lot" ...this way the fries could be dropped in oil. It was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly when I walked inside to get my order.
My order was perfectly made and delicious. I will return....maybe today actually! Thank you.

Food was very good, although the service was not what it used to be. A pretty hefty up-charge (~$2)for bacon on a burger just to find out they didn’t end up putting it on despite multiple labels on the bag showing it was a bacon cheeseburger. It was a bit of a disappointment and a waste of money for me. Otherwise very tasty, and I will come back once construction/repairs are complete and the place is a little less chaotic.

Now let me tell you!! The customer service at this location was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! As I was waiting on my food they made sure I was ok didn't need anything they greeted everyone who walked in and just made you feel at home. The food was out of this earth great! Fresh indeed!!!! I enjoyed it!

Afraid to even Uber from here and go in. Big peanut loving chain with zero considerations for those with peanut allergies. I had an Uber from here I had to decline as I can’t even enter the building without the fear of death. Change your recipe and do what other chains do and use the highly refined peanut oil to prevent allergic reactions. Keep the peanut containers out of the stores. It’s not right I have to decline jobs because I can’t even enter your store.

A great place to eat. But I have never seen five guys in there at one time. The name of it should be 5 gals and guys. Cuz I see more ladies working there than I do guys. :-)
