Pizza Hut

I ordered my food at 5:50 pm (10-27-2020) it's 7:27 pm and I still haven't received my order. I try calling and their telling me the can't find my order they are going to transfer me to the manager then the phone hangs up. I'm trying to be patient but a simple phone call would have been reassuring. It's a $55 order and I don't have money to throw away.

Girlfriend ordered a large cheese pizza with wings last night. Pizza Came looking like a rectangle. Sauce that I paid extra for, was missing. Was told that Management would be contacting me the next day as there is no delivery drivers to make right on my purchase. As you can imagine, no such thing happened. Trash food, Trash service. This is after the $25 tip that my SO gave these clowns.

So I walked into Pizza Hut to asked an employee if there were any sit in near by and without me even asking the whole question he the driver / employee David Morrissey threw his hand up in the air and rudely walked away. I WAS IN SHOCKED ! I asked for a manager and the cashier Sheila was also surprised by his actions. I told her I wanted an apology and she also confronted the driver on how I felt and he threw his hand up in the air again and waked out of the store. Wow ! He definitely was rude as hell and should be fired. Thank you ! Maria
