The food was good, some of the staff was more worried about tips than helping customers. The guy with longer dreads was more caring than any of them. He was good what I can tell was the 3rd shift manager came in and wasn't happy about the way they were doing things they weren't doing that wrong. She came in was mad and telling them that they were doing everything
completely wrong which was extremely rude to them and the customers as well

We had very impressive service here. We were here just after a lunch rush, the crew had to be tired at the end of their shifts, but we had outstanding service. The food was cooked and prepared very well. Very appreciative of good work ethic and customer service in these employees. We need more of that in this industry. Thank you.

Just left there 2/11/21 ordered an all star meal waffle was burnt and grits runny. I also ordered steak and eggs again grits runny. The lady that took my order handed it to me without the waffle so I said “what about the waffle” she said “oh”, I watched her put the waffle on without a timer, took 4 orders at the cash draw then took the waffle out. I didn’t notice until I got home that the waffle was burned. This was between 8:00 am to 8:30 am.

You spoke like this morning any fights with spotless. The chef did an excellent job' in the service rice exemplary. Can I have gotten better service any five star restaurant. I'm recommending this place it's anumber 1 place toeat and get great service'
