I do a lot of traveling to sc from nc and this is my halfway stop. I tried it for lunch and ordered the chicken alfredo. Food was delicious and service was fast. Went back and had the breakfast buffet. Again service was fast and food was delicious. Staff is very friendly and establishment is very clean. Definitely one of my favorite stops!

We actually ate here months ago and had a bad experience. Today was perfect! Food was very good and service was as well. Price was actually better than most other places. It was $33 but almost always $40-50 most places these days.
I have good and bad experiences last night was not yum yum and more yum tonight! Got the pancake combo with a side of crispy hashbrowns and the best rye bread. The pancakes were fluffy and huge not to mention delicious
Five stars for the waitress I asked her how many stars she would give for the steak she said four and she explained why…five star steak is more like Texas roadhouse and she was right next time I’m back. I’m getting a steak again. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s a nice place to sit down quietly after hours of driving and food is decent
Joy is the best waitress around!! She is very thoughtful and makes the best salads. ❤️
I really liked the chicken fried chicken with white gravy and mashed potatoes. Our server was kind and attentive. The food came out fairly quickly and was fresh and hot.

Today we wanted a nice meal , other truck stop had not good variety. So we stopped in to this wonderful Iron Skillet 🍳. The waitress named Teaeria was very punctual and never let our drinks go empty, she was prompt, curtious and fun. She brought laughter 😃 and positive energy to our table and she has a very upbeat personality. More restaurants should have more waitresses like this one the cook David P. Is such a good cook, our TBone steaks were cooked to perfection and just the way we ordered them. I like this establishment, and the ombions is cozy,our wait time was little to barely any and I am just extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant! Thanks guys, happy happy customers, will definitely be returning.
My server Mimi was excellent!! Our food was good. I got the fried fish and it was really good. Hubby got the patty melt & fries. The portion size of the fries is a little light for such a big burger but he said it was good. Overall first time experience was great! Bathrooms are extremely clean also!! Will be coming back when traveling to the South!
