Review update: It's been 11 full business days, 18 total days, since my refund request. I just called the store during the daytime business hours and spoke with a polite and understanding manager. According to this associate there is no record of my refund being processed. I am now waiting to hear back while this manager sends an e-mail out to his team to find out what happened. In the meantime, I wait with no certainty regarding my refund for services not rendered. I caution any individual considering a visit to this restaurant. Poor management, such as this, often results in headaches for customers. Speaking for myself, it's not about the money so much the principle. I'm left to wonder how many others requested refunds that were never processed. I highly doubt that I just so happen, in one visit, to be the first. Unless you are willing to waste your time following up to ensure their management team does the right thing best to steer clear.
