New experience at this McDonald's, ordering is done through an automated system. First time doing this so it was a learning experience.
Over all not a bad place but there were several dirty tables and during the entire time we were there ( about 20 - 30 minutes) no one cleaned any of them.

Parking lot is hard to get to from 6. Its a pain. Took us half hour to get our food. We timed it. They do drive thru orders and take out orders first. They only give napkins if you ask. I don't think you can get your own refills here.

We were appalled at the filth in this restaurant! Plus, you cannot get anyone to assist with ordering; you have to order on the kiosk computer. When I tried to get hamburger pickles, the employees acted like they were a deer with headlights! Ended up wirh sweet pickles instead of hamburger ones! Worst fast food ever!

I've been to a lot of McDonald's all over the country. This is the first time I've ordered a kid's meal for child and not received even one napkin. We had two orders in our car and none of us got a single napkin. I thought this was very bizarre. Otherwise, I guess things were okay. I've had worse experiences. Still I couldn't get over the napkins 🤣

We went through the drive-thru around 8am. We ordered 2 breakfast meals, nothing special. We paid, pulled to the food window got our drinks and they asked us to pull over to the parking spot labeled #3, even though there was nobody behind us. We sat there for over 20 minutes, watching 5-6 other cars go through the drive-thru and leave while we still hadn't gotten our food!! I took our receipt and went inside. The lady at the counter asked if she could help me, I told her I wanted my food and explained the 20 minutes. The manager asked if I was waiting for a drink I told him what I was waiting for. There was some discussion between the crew and the manager told me that someone already took it out. I asked when? Just a few minutes ago! Ok! I go out the door to go to our truck and this young girl comes out the other door from the drive-thru area, marked staff only, carrying my food. It was obvious that my food had been sitting there for a while! I should have checked it right away but I was ready to leave, by now we had been there well over 30min and I was angry!
The food was absolutely disgusting! The hash browns were cold, the biscuit was cold and greasy from being cold, the eggs on the sandwiches were cold and slimy. The bacon had the grey fat on top from it being cold. It was just all around horrible. By this time we were on the other side of town and just decided to just count it as a lesson learned.
I would give this place a 0 if I could. I have heard this from several others too. It's a shame too because this is a brand new store too.

My original review was evidently removed. I stopped at 3:30AM on my way to work. They said they're open 24 hours now. Tried to get a breakfast meal and they said they were still serving lunch/dinner. Bet they'd get alot more for breakfast than dinner at that hour. They could've at least noted what time they're going to start serving breakfast.

Kendallville McDonald's has TERRIBLE customer service. Soooo incredibly Rude and when you come back to tell them you're missing food, they make you pay for it even though they messed up and then inconvenience you to come back.... worst McDonald's I have ever been through.

Your business has two lines for the drive thur, so operate them both, two orders at the same time, only restaurant with two lanes, you should know how to, you don’t therefore it defeats the purpose of having two lanes in your drive Thur! Not enough employees to operate the two lanes, then make only one lane available it’s common sense!!!
