I am from Salem Mass and on a business trip. Wanted some good food and stumbled upon Saltgrass.. My service was fantabulous!! Ashley was a delight . Told her right away about my food allergy and she actually sat down and showed me my best food options even though she had a busy bar. My meal was delicious and no epi-pen needed!!
Noticed there was a steakhouse on the boardwalk while staying in Kemah on business and wanting a good steak, decided to try Saltgrass. It didn't disappoint. From soup and sides to the filet, food was excellent and service was exemplary; we must've been greeted three times on our way to our table. Beautiful view of the bay. Will definitely return.
Delicious food and drinks all around! Very great customer service and great atmosphere. We were attended right away and had our drinks out shortly. Our food was also out pretty quickly after we ordered. Everything was delicious. We had a table of 7, but we’re treated with absolute respect. All of us left full and happy.
Food is delicious big portions. Steak and ribs best option. Christopher our service was amazing; great attitude even that we were a party of 11 people. Great decor and ambience.
Visited for my birthday. We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, but once seated, we were tended to promptly. Our server Courtney was great. We had a nice view of the water. We ordered range rattlers for our appetizer, which were delicious. I tried the bacon mac burger and subbed the fries for onion rings. Our toddler had the mini corn dogs and fries. Hubby got the urban cowboy. Everything tasted good. We'll visit again.
The food was excellent and our server Andrea was just AWESOME. I hope we get her on our next visit. If you plan on visiting here soon, I highly recommend reserving a table.
First-timers, but it won't be our last. Caught Kemah & the restaurant at off-season in October. Lured in by their luncheon special. Did not disappoint! Food was excellent with plentiful side portions. Excellent service by Makensie who sat us right by the window to look out on the Gulf. Loved the atmosphere & the entire restaurant! On our exit, the manager asked about our experience. This restaurant does it all!!
We visited this restaurant with a group of people. The service was slow as the service had other tables in addition to our large party. She also kept getting our order mixed up. I really enjoyed the Laredo Chicken. It was so delicious. Overall, it was a decent dinner experience with good food.
Great location. Very friendly staff. Elevators for those who can't climb the stairs. Fun family friendly place. Has a bar area if you prefer.
I had the baked potato soup. Never had any thing like it, can't stress how creamy and rich it was. smoked two-bone pork chop. One of the best I've had in a long time. The smoked Mac and cheese paired perfectly with it. Followed by some two form cheesecake... It was all delicious.
The view out over the water was beautiful. Very friendly staff and quick to serve .
We came for Fathers Day 2023 and it was awesome!! We had Christian as our waiter and he was phenomenal!! The service was great food came out fast and tasted amazing !! Old Fashion drink was on point and steaks were cooked exactly how it was ordered !!! Highly recommended for great food and service !! Ask for Christian !!!
Nice view of the water at this location. Steak was good but the portion was not too big. Mashed potatoes were pretty good.
Went for my wife's birthday dinner on 8/25. We were seated immediately with no waiting. The atmosphere is very nice, where it's not too upitty to watch the Astros game, but not to rowdy to have a bit of laid-back ambiance. Our waitress Samantha was soo awesome and really made sure our night went well. The bread was hot and soft! Had the chopped steak and mashed potatoes, which were delicious! Probably one of the best side salads I've ever had, I recommend you get one with your meal. Samantha interacted with the kids and really made us feel welcome!
