Scooter's Coffee

I ordered a latte. I specifically asked for something sweet and for there to be vanilla added. The female who took my order gave me the most unsweet beverage i have ever had in my life. You get what you pay for. Horrible customer service and i was trying to give them a fair chance. Starbucks from now on

Man, I hate doing this because the folks here were super friendly and nice but the coffee was not as nice as they were. I couldn’t drink it. I had to pour it out. I don’t want to rant and rave about how bad it was because obviously others love it. It just wasn’t bold enough for me. It tasted like a weak coffee with some cream and sugar in it. That’s one reason I’m not a sugary coffee drinker. After all the cream and sugar has gone in, there isn’t much coffee flavor left. I gave three stars for the staff. They were wonderfully sweet and friendly. If you like Star&@2?3 then you won’t like this place.

Been a frequent customer since day one! I have nothing but great experiences every time I have gone. One employee in particular, I’m assuming is the manager, Emma, ALWAYS goes above and beyond to accommodate to which ever need I have. She goes as far as labeling which coffee has the almond milk and which is plain milk. A simple gesture but just shows how much she cares and it is very appreciated. Everyone always is very positive and sweet when I go threw. Look forward to my next visit to get great service and awesome coffee! Thank you scooters and thank you for your terrific team :)
