Burger King

This place was NASTY! The staff was totally incompetent and lazy. I don't know if this is a franchise or a corporate store, but heads need to roll. The entire staff needs to be fired and sentenced to hard labor. The restroom was filthy, The dining floors were filthy and had trash strewn about. This was at 1:00 PM yesterday 11/5/18. There was 1 customer sitting down, One customer in line who just ordered and myself. I couldn't get a shake because the shake machine was down. The guy in front of me had to ask for his drink cup and the clerk didn't remember what size so he asked the customer. I said it was a large because i figure if the kid had to ask the customer he should have just made it a large. There were no napkins. At all. In the entire store. They were out. The lid dispenser was out of Med. lids and had few larges left. The dining floor was nasty. So there were 4 employees and 3 dine in customers and 1 drive thru the entire time I was in there eating. Not once did an employee come out from behind the counter to clean the place up. They just stayed out of sight or in sight playing on their phones. I will NEVER go back to this place again. I'm sure it won't be long before it closes completely because management just does not care. My suggestion is, if you have stock in Burger King, SELL! I uploaded some pictures and can say that they really don't do it any justice. It looked WAY, worse in person. But you get the idea.

Horrible service. The kid taking orders at the drive through window was rude and unapologetic after I waited in my truck for 15 minutes for food to not be brought out to me. When I went inside to get my food, he was dismissive and inconsiderate. To make matters worse, when I arrived home, I discovered our orders were wrong and our sodas were flat. Granted it's just fast food, but I've never received such pitiful service from a dining establishment. I will not be returning to that or any Burger King in the future.

So I have this guilty pleasure, the $1 burger at McDonald's. Today I was walking past this BK, and thought, "Why not try a BK burger?" So I did. I also splurged on the nuggets, 10 for a $1.49. Maybe it was just the change, but I liked both better. The flame broiled burger did taste better. And the nuggets had a much better coating, as it was crunchier. Service was fast and friendly. Was surprised that there was no WiFi.

We get the 2 for 4 breakfast sandwiches. My wife went to the new location golden triangle and 35w and they didn't have sausages so we had go a little further to this one just to eat what we wanted. This location was like that also when it opened however over the past years has made vast improvements.

Just moved to the area. THOUGHT that my GPS was taking me to a different Burger King that was located in Watauga. Had no idea this location existed. Probably better if it had remained that way. Arrived at 7:30 on Sunday morning. There was a single car door in the drive thru. Waited for at least 5 minutes behind an elderly woman. I assumed she was waiting to be helped or trying to decide what to eat. I pulled around and parked. Tried to walk inside but the doors were locked. The hours of operation are posted on the door and clearly state they open at 7am on Sundays. I looked at my phone and it was and it was 7:41. Based on my experience and the other reviews, it is clear there is a management problem at this location.
